Alright so there was nowhere stated in the previous book-

1) How Ajax came to like Alaina so here you go, I am not changing the storyline but filling up the plotholes.

2)What actually Ajax did in Russia?

3) What was Alaina's work and position in company, I mean in previous book they are having a merry go time all the while.

4) If Ajax came to Russia for kidnapping Alaina and punishing Valace then why the hell he joined Axiom Academy?

Alaina's POV

There was something in her drink, she could sense it the moment that red wine burned down her throat. After Alaina raised her hand for the bidding none had followed her thus when the celebrations began, a whole lot of people had offered her a toast that was meant to be pure sparkling water with drop of red wine. Since it was personally prepared infront of her own eyes she did not had a doubt while drinking but it looked like someone has arranged for the princess to make a fool of herself.

"Princess you do not look good, do you want me to accompany you to the washroom?" Cedric a younger batchmate offered Alaina his hand when he saw the huge drops of sweat beads forming on her forehead. The girl nodded her head knowing that the media outlets taking pictures would definitely make a huge deal out of it if she showed the obvious signs of some foreign drug intake. Her bodyguards followed and Cedric who in turn helped her to stand firm on feet without staggering despite black dots dancing in her vision led her along the pathway.

Away from the eyes, she was led across the well furnished brightly lit hallways having an array of rooms where the men stopped outside a room guarding while she entered it before slamming the door shut.

"Thankyou young master, we will now guard princess till she feels better." the men conversing were the last thing Alaina heard before passing out on the fluffy bed in the middle of the room.

"Apart from your alliance, what else you can offer me?"

"We can support your dream of unifying all mafia clans sire."

"Mr Sokolov, that is not a simple dream of mine, although I truly appreciate your cooperation yet it is simply not enough. Years ago you had connections with the Storms, what about that now? If you can provide me enough details about Valace Storm's transactions and business partners I will not only accept Russian Mafia as a natural ally but also make your stature rise."

Victor Sokolov was the head of Russian mafia but after the death of his father it became difficult for him to manage the reins of the underground since loyalty in mafia was sparse and survival was the biggest victory but giving out Valace Storm's information was an entirely different thing, even if Victor wanted he was unable to do so.

That man had done thousands of crimes and had his hands behind various homicides and massacres, drugs and illegal weapons that he supplied to various mafia clans were the ones that were strictly banned due to their dangerous and terrifying effects, sex trafficking and opening brothels where forced prostitution was not unknown, these were the acts which major mafia families never supported.

Even in the mafia there were certain set of rules and regulations, various moral conduct codes that was expected to be followed thus by the passage of time Valace Storm was abandoned not only by Russian mafia but also Americans, Italian, Spanish and French refused to cooperate with him. All the documents and proofs that he was once a part of their collective organization was wiped out knowing that the alliance with this man would eventually lead to doom.

"Sire, I must apologize for this but you will not find any evidence, none of the empires wish to keep any contact with him and there are no evidences left of his involvement ever since we realized it a long time ago that this man was not humane, I can only tell you that since we collectively prohibited him from the black market that man is now hell bent on getting the Storm empire for himself.

Storm's current head is Mr Maximus and as he was never involved in any shady activities ever, thus he has no idea of his brother's doings, all the mafia families have previously anticipated that Valace would kill his brother to sit on the throne but its strange that Mr Maximus is still thriving....we hope he lives because Valace's rise will lead to chaos."

Green irises of the emperor listening were sharper than before, according to this new information Valace Storm hated his brother Maximus Storm but then how it was possible? Wasn't it a well known fact that Maximus Storm's beloved daughter Alaina was equally loved if not more by Valace...he had previously announced to give all his life's earning and properties to his niece. The pieces of this jig saw puzzle were scattered and Ajax was hell bent on finding an answer.

The meeting was a success when both Ajax and Victor were able to agree to the mutual cooperation that had certain rules. By the beginning of next month the alliance shall be sealed but for now Ajax's guards will be stationed in Victor's manor to signify that now the Russian Mafia had a powerful backing.

Ajax sighed and threaded his fingers though the silky black locks before entering his room, A grand setting of seven rooms attached with one another through a door connecting two rooms in the middle wall appeared convenient to come and go without stepping outside and appearing infront of others yet the moment he opened the door to the last room the man was raged.

Who in the world had dared to enter his lair.

A woman's slender figure was wrapped up in his fur blanket making Ajax fume. He was going to throw her out of his room without an ounce of guilt but those hands stopped when she turned around towards him with a red face covered with sweat beads as if suffering.
