"Hey" a shadow loomed over the canopy of a child's bed, trying to wake up the sleeping princess unceremoniously in the middle of the dark hours.

When the child remained unfazed, the boy poked his fingers onto her chubby cheeks making her flutter open her eyes in alarm giving out a cry.

"Shhhh! Little devil you will wake up the whole mansion." A boy of nine years scolded the girl making her pout in agitation as big tear drops rolled down her face.

Aurora give a cry again ignoring the warning of the hazel eyed boy watching her in irritation.

His palm shut her mouth, eyes warning in advance of keeping her voice down.

"I am going to assign you a task... It will make dad happy. I would have done it myself but I thought why not include you too."

That shut the girl up for good, her eyes twinkled and tears stopped as if a switch was turned on. Ares watched Aurora's facial expressions and put away his palm.

The mansion was in uproar, all the servants trembling in fear were lined in an order, not only Ajax's wrath was on it's extreme but Alaina's clenched jaw depicted how severe the situation was.

Ares stood silently in a corner watching his father and mother more furious than ever celebrating like the devil he was.

"I-is this..... Is this m-meant to make papa happy?"

Ares twirled the keys to the forbidden chamber in his fingers displaying a crooked smile.

"Ofcourse little devil, the servants were too insincere today, all the trash files were kept on dad's desk and all the important ones were discarded in the backyard.

Now Dad has to get up early tommorow in stress and worry, tear all papers here and throw them in backyard while bring back the important ones.

All I ask you is that you take all of them ,one by one, put them in shredding machine while I go back to search for the files and bring them back here."

" B-but-"

" It's fine if you don't want to do it, we can leave it and tommorow dad will severely punish the ignorant servants-"

"No! I will do it." Ares smirked.

"Go on then. Take these keys and unlock the door."

All the deals signed by various Mafia nations were in ruins. The papers turned to pieces of trash.

Ajax's chamber was one of the most forbidden places in the mansion, yet someone dared to enter his lair and destroy everything he had taken years to work for.

His dark eyes scrutinized every single person present in the hall except his wife. Alaina was the only person allowed inside that room and also the only person who was far furious than him.

She rarely lost her cool, always remaining calm and placed but right now her eyes were smoldering flames of hell.

The woman picked up her porcelain cup of coffee sipping it while her sharp gaze took them all in one by one softening to a feather touch as soon as she heard a small yawn from behind.

Small footsteps were dragging themselves on the floor as another yawn escaped her daughter's lips.

"Mum, dad what do we have in breakfast?"

As if nobody was watching her incredulously, Aurora remained naive to the thundering clouds looming over her head as she tried climbing up the tall chair to sit failing like she did every single day.
