According to the preliminary reports there was no fights no arguing however the victim was drugged the cocktail of the drink was laced with Laudanum and opium. The laudanum was used to fry the vocal cords. So the victim could not shout for help.

The killer grabbed her both hands upon her checks the grips were tight leaving the bruising in there places.
The victim was chocked to death like she suffocated.
As for the killer he laid her down slit her neck to the left and with a different knife the second slash is more jagged.

Her corset skirt was torn at the bottom her bloomers were removed not traces of intercourse incision on the abdomen kidneys removed spleen removed pancreas and intestings. they left the body not stitched up she was left defiled her women hood removed.
My god holmes please no more that will make me hurl.
That poor women she didn't deserve to be left this way her soul is some what not complete it will linger between these too worlds for ever waiting to be sent to the afterlife.
