A/N: This chapter is not that important, it is just kind of a fun and emotional one where Wanda talks with Natasha and helps her through this. You can skip this, though it is not recommended. I'd also like to say thank you so much for 1k reads! Have a nice day and thanks for reading. :)

"I-I just don't know why he cheated," Natasha sobbed as she closed her eyes. "I mean, I knew he was going through a tough time but I did not think he'd cheat. W-Was it because I wasn't good enough?"

Insecurities attacked Natasha inside as she pursed her lips together. Wanda shook her head incessantly as she hugged Natasha.

Wanda assured, "You are more than enough, Nat. Don't ever let Steve make you think otherwise. You're a gem, and if he can't see that, maybe he's better off with some bimbo he met on the street."

Lips curving into a small smile, Natasha looked up. It was the first time she had smiled the whole day. Though she had always tried to hide her emotions behind a wall she had built around her heart, they were still filling up. Her tear stained face made Wanda pull Natasha into a tight embrace.

Wanda comforted Natasha for the whole day, and when it was evening, Natasha said, "I can't believe we ate potato chips for lunch."

"Hah, I've done worse," Wanda chuckled.

Natasha asked, "Shall we join the others for dinner?"

Looking up abruptly, Wanda tilted her head. "Are you sure you're okay to go and see Steve?"

"Pain only makes us stronger," Natasha bravely stated, thinking of her (not by birth) mother.

As they walked out, Natasha saw Steve. As Steve stared at Natasha with guilt, Natasha gestured to Wanda to leave.

Natasha put up a brave front, clenching her jaw and making sure she did not shed one tear.
