"That is suicide!" Red exclaimed yet whispered. My smirk grew wider as I saw three small heads poke up from the side of the mountain. "Not if you cause a big enough distraction. Relay the message to Lucas and Alyssa, I have a feeling they will be in."

"So help me Arceus, I will be the first to pull you back in things go wrong." He muttered, already moving towards the other groups to relay my idea. It was a little crazy but it could work, and that's the best option presented thus far. My hand flicked a Pokeball off of my belt, the red light showing Candy.

"What's the current standings?" My smile widened as I continued to release three more pokemon. Aly, Tiny, and Auro all came out from their balls. Hesitantly I smiled at Auro, showing I was holding nothing back at this point. "Listen up that bright light is pulling a legendary pokemon here as we speak. We have to find a way to send it back, which is where you guys come in. You will be helping pick off the grunts while Lucas, Alyssa, and I work our stuff with the Lake Guardians."

"Understood, but doesn't that seem a little reckless?" I had no reason to lie, so I nodded my head. "We've come this far, I'm not giving up here. We can do this."

"There is four grunts blocking your path, each one of us is supposed to take them down?" Auro asked his gaze set onto the pillar of light. "Right, you four are the ones who have fought the most without my command. Therefore you should have enough common sense to take them down. Can you do that Tiny?"

"You bet I can! So long as I get a Pecha berry after." A laugh escaped my lips as I nodded furiously. "Of course, and after this, I think it's time for a vacation. Somewhere warm I'm thinking."

"You are something else, but we'll do our best." Peanut nuzzled her snout into my neck, showing her resolve. I couldn't be more proud of how far they have come, but now's not the time to express my gratitude. That could wait until after.

"Then let's go." They scattered each going to their respective grunts and engaging. I looked around hearing more fighting begin, meaning Red had informed the others of the goal. To my right was Lucas who locked eyes with me and motioned towards his Dad and my Dad. To our left was Alyssa who had caught on to the plan.

We all rushed forwards, using the fighting to make our way forward. But the three near the light had noticed what was going on. "Hey what's going on!"

"Ethan do something!" My dad seemed panicked as Black had jumped in and was fighting fairly close to the light. "They mustn't get any closer to the alter, it could risk everything!"

"Now's the time," I muttered running in, the three of us met up and kept our line of sight clear to our attack. But they ad spotted us. "Grunts get those three!"

Ahead of us on the edge of the cliff were the three guardians, they were in position too it seems. The grunts they summoned had never come, they were all too preoccupied with the current situation. The panicked looks on their faces showed they were unprepared.

"Damn it!" Derrick had shouted, my own dad seemed on edge as we each got closer. Both him and Ethan let out pokemon, one being Onix and the other was a Scyther I had recognized from my childhood. My body reacted quickly, shouting as two pokeballs slipped from my hands. "Keep them occupied Prince and Phantom!"

Sasha's eyes were wide as she finally managed to turn around to see us coming. Once we were close enough the three of us locked eyes and called out for the plan to start.

"Uxie!"

"Mesprit!'

"Azelf!"

We kept running as fast as our legs could carry us towards the beacon. We just had to make it past Ethan and Derrick. I held out my hands, Lucas and Alyssa both taking one as we approached the two males. "Protect!"

We were all shrouded in a transparent light as they both lunged at us. But grew increasingly frustrated as their hands couldn't penetrate the light.

"See you on the other side!"

"You better pray this works or I will haunt you from the other side!"

"This is awesome!!"

We jumped into the alter, Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf doing the same from the other side. A warm feeling took the place of Protect as we all were engulfed in the light.

My brain was wracked for our friends on the outside. But I guess for now all I could really do was trust them. Trust them like they had trusted me since I had teamed up with them! Before my vision turned completely white, I saw Red grabbing Sasha away from Ethan and Derrick. And with one last breath before my consciousness was taken I yelled. "I TRUST YOU GUYS! KEEP UP YOU'RE END OF THE PLAN!"

My vision had faded to an enchanting light that nearly made me forget what I was supposed to be doing. It took the six of us whole as I could no longer see anything that wasn't white, and a sensation similar to floating overtook my body.
