Nightmare

Chapter 8

..Blake's POV..

I feel the sunlight hit my face, I groan and open my eyes. What I see makes me somewhat feel happy and warm inside. Ruth was in front of me her face snuggled closer to my chest. My hand was on her waist.

She was beautiful, the way the sun hit her face. She was perfect. I didn't want to move so I wrapped my arm around her and pulled her closer. As soon as I closed my eyes I was fast asleep again.

"Holy son of a monkey!" I hear someone shout, "take a picture they look so cute!" I hear someone say. Then I hear the sound of a photo being taken. I groan and open my eyes to see Ruth right in-front of me, her eyes were shut and she breathing slowly. Her hands were on my chest. And mine we're around her waist.

"Awww" I hear Carmen say, I turn around and see Diego,Owen,Carmen,and Alex all standing there. "What the fuck!" I say causing Ruth to wake up. "Good m- shit!" She shouts when she sees what position were at. She gets of the bed, and looks at everyone else.

"Morning" she says shyly

"Good morning" Owen says with a smirk.

As we all sit down eating our breakfast, Ruth is next to me and she's talking with my aunt. I've noticed she hasn't aten much. But I know how she had a problem with eating so I won't say anything or pressure her. We haven't talked since the morning. "Sooo what was all that about?" Diego asks with a smile "it was nothing" I say "ooh no that was more than nothing!" Owen says.

"Shut up" I say rolling my eyes. As I gather all the dishes placing them in the sink. Ruth comes up to me "you need some help?" She asks pointing to the dishes.

"Sure" I say she nods and stands by me. As we stand there I hand her a plate and she drys them. "So umm" She says she looked nervous. "Do you want me to take you home?" I ask her "no it's okay I'll walk" she says.

I roll my eyes, "Gray your gonna walk for almost 26 minutes?" I say "yup I can do it" she says. "Are you sure?" I ask her "yeah I can make it" she says that's not what I was talking about "I mean do you wanna go back to your house?" She tensed up. "Yeah..." she says in a low voice.

I knew she didn't want to go back, "you can stay here my aunts okay with it" I say "thank you but I don't wanna bother you guys" she says "Your no bother" I say she lightly smiles.

"Thanks for the ride" she says, I had to drive her since it started raining like crazy. I nod, she shuts the door and runs to her front door. She looks back, she had a debating look on her face. I felt bad she has to spend her day with her parents.

I still can't forget about the night when I saw her, she was in pain. And I couldn't do anything to help her. I wave goodbye and so does she and then she walks inside.

..Ruth's POV..

I open the door and walk in to be greeted with the smell of Alcohol and cigarettes. Why the fuck did it smell like that. I walked into the kitchen and see plates of food scattered on the table. Empty beer bottles, and empty alcohol bottles.

I walk upstairs and see my old parents bedroom door open, I open it slowly and see they are fast asleep. Beer bottles on the floor. God what happened to them.

I walk to my room and shut the door locking it, as I sit on my bed I decide to take a shower. I felt gross, as I grab some clean close and walk to the bathroom turning on the water I take of my close and step inside.

The water was hot, but I liked the way it burned my skin until it was numb. As I stand under the water the memories of last night pop into my head.

When Blake was cleaning my cuts, when he took me to his aunts house snd let me sleep over. He was a nice guy. And he's beautiful, he had amazing fluffy hair, beautiful green eyes, and his perfect jaw Line. He was amazingly be- SHUT UP RUTH.
