Nightmare

Chapter 19

..Blake's POV..

"Okay let's see who can hold their breaths longer under water" I say to Ruth. "Okay" she says with a smile. I smile at her. "Ready set go!" I shout and were both under water now.

About 15 seconds later I go back up, I gasp as I get some air into my lungs. I see Ruth still had her head under. About 25 seconds pass and she's still under water. "Ruth?! Hey get up you won!" I say swimming towards her.

"Ruth!!" I shout and grab her body from u see water and bring her back up. "Hey, hey you okay?" I ask her "I'm okay" she says "I won" she says with a grin. I let out a sigh and lean my head on her shoulder. "What's wrong?" She asks "nothing..I just thought never mind" I say and smile.

She nods and kisses my forehead. I wrap my hands around her waist and pull her close to me. "Ruth.." she looks at me "Blake" she says "I love you." I say. She looked shocked. "Blake..." she says I let go of her.

Fuck I ruined something, I ruined this. It was to fast. Fuck. "I'm so sorry Ruth if I made you feel uncomfortable and for just saying it r-" but she cuts me off by grabbing my chin and colliding our lips.

I pull her close and kiss her back, as we both pull back she's looking deeply into my eyes. "I love you too Blake" she says. She loves me? Ruth Gray loves me back. I smile that my cheeks start hurting.

She smiles at me, I wrap my hands around her waist and pull her in for a hug. God I've never bend his happy.

As we both lay down looking up at the sky, I grab Ruth's hand and intertwine our fingers together. "Today was fun" Ruth says "it was.." I say kissing the back of her hand.

As I pull her close Ruth starts talking, "Blake..." she says quietly "yeah?" I say "thank you...thank you for saving me. For being there for me when I was going through a really tough time. Thank you so much for everything that you have done for me. Thank you for loving me for who I am. Thank you for seeing the good and beautiful parts in me and not the broken parts. Thank you for being my hero Blake I love you so much..." she says.

I wipe some tears that are rolling down my cheek, this girl is gonna be the death of me. "Ruth...your welcome and I love you so fucking much Ruth. I promise that I'm always gonna be here for you. I'm always gonna see the best and beautiful parts of you. I'm always gonna be by your side. And I'm always gonna try my best to protect you and do everything I can for you." I say she sits up so I sit up.

I see tears rolling down her cheeks, her hands touched my cheek and wipes away more tears. I do the same wiping away the tears on her face. "I love you.." she says kissing my lips. "I love you.." I say and kiss her again.

I look to my right and see Ruth fast asleep, I smile and take her hand. Her hands were cold, I turn on the heater so she'll warm up. Today was honestly the most fucking amazing day. The best day of my life. Any day I spend with Ruth are fucking amazing.

I park outside Ruth's house, I open her door and decide to pick her up instead of waking her up. She looks very tired, she deserves some sleep. I open her door with the spare key she gave me.

I walk upstairs open her bedroom door and place her on her bed. I grab a couple of blankets and cover her with them. I lean down and kiss her forehead. "Goodnight my love..I love you" I say, I was about to walk away when a hand grabs my hand.

"Can you stay..?" Ruth asks I smile and say yes. I take off my shoes and my shirt and get in bed with Ruth's she turns around and wraps her arms around me. "Your so warm.." she says I chuckle and wrap my arms around her. "Go to sleep Ruth you need some rest.." I say "okay.." she says.

..Ruth's POV..

I wake up and I feel my head pounding, I feel like it's gonna exploded. I unwrap Blake's arms from around me and get off the bed. As i stand up I feel very light headed. I make my way downstairs slowly and into the kitchen.

As I look through the cabinets I find some pills that can help with headaches. I take one with water and sit on the floor. God it hurts like hell, I drink more water. About 10 minutes later the headache feels the same.

As I'm stand up I hear Blake "Ruth you okay..?" I look up and see him walking towards me. "Hey..I'm okay" I say quietly. "Are you sure love ?" He asks I nod no.

"What's wrong?" He asks wrapping his arms around me "my head hurts really bad.." I say "oh baby did you take a pill or something?" He asks "yeah but it didn't work" I say. "Do you need anything?" He asks kissing my head. "Maybe give it a bit more time and it'll maybe work" he says "okay" I say.

"Come on let's go back to sleep it's 4 in the morning" he says picking me up. We walk back upstairs well Blake does I'm still in his arms. We're both laying down, he wraps his arms around me, I look at Blake and he's fast asleep.

About 10 minutes pass and I still can't go back to sleep, hours pass and I'm still awake. I look at the clock and it's 9 in the morning. I still have the bad headache and it's worse because I didn't get much sleep.

I decide to get up and go to the kitchen to make some breakfast for Blake. I made some pancakes,eggs,and cut some fruits up. As I'm pouring some orange juice in a cup two hands wrap around my waist.

I turn around and see Blake, he looked hot. His hair was all messy, and he was shirtless. "good morning baby" he says god even his voice was hot. "Good morning" I say kissing his cheek. "Oooh breakfast it looks good!" He says while sitting down.

As were both eating our breakfast my head pain is getting worse. I feel like I'm gonna throw up, I drink down a whole cup of water hoping it will help a little bit but it doesn't. "You okay? How does your head feel love?" Blake asks "it feels okay" I say not wanting to worry him about a little headache that hurts like
Hell.

"What do you want to do today?" I ask Blake as we're laying down on my bed. "Whatever you want love" he says while rubbing circles on my stomach. "Umm how about we go on a walk around the city and grab some lunch?" I ask him.

"Okay let's go!" He says while getting and helping me up. As I'm changing my shirt I feel hands wrap around my bare waist. "You so fucking perfect.." Blake says while kissing my neck.

"Thank you.." I say while turning around and wrapping my hands around his neck. "I'm serious love you are beautiful and so perfect" he says while rubbing my cheek with his hand.

I see my vision getting blurry from the small tears forming, I smile and kiss him. It was a passionate kiss with so much meaning behind it. I wrap my arms around his neck. He picks my up placing his hands under my thighs.

I get this weird feeling in my stomach, we're both still kissing. I see that we're now on my bed, my back on the mattress and Blake towering above me. "You look beautiful below me" he says with a grin. I feel my cheeks heat up. I turn him around and now I'm above him.

"you look hot below me" I say, I don't know where the hell this confidence came from. Blake smirks and pulls me in for a kiss. It was rough and full with lust.

"You know that walk can wait for later.." he says with a grin while kissing my neck. "It can.." I say with a grin.
