Mingyu's POV
After I was done with my job I decided to rest on my bed, it's great when you have everything for yourself and nobody is bothering you but the bad thing is that, sometimes it gets really lonely.
Y/N.. God she looked so beautiful with that dress and her hand was so soft. Am I falling in love right now? Maybe. But she's already taken by the prince Hyungwon. That fucking prick.
What did the king even likes about him? He'll do nothing but only a mess. Y/N needs a king who will do anything for everything and that should be me!
No, I will never let this slide. Y/N will get married with me whether she likes it or not. That princess is mine Hyungwon and you'll see how she's gonna run for me and ONLY me.
Y/N's POV
It's 5PM, I'm sitting in the garden and reading a book out of boredom and I see my father coming up to me.
"Are you bored?"
"A little" I didn't look at his presence and went to the next page.
"Hyungwon is here to see you, do you wanna go out together? Perfect time for people to see their future queen and king" Yeah right, future king my ass. I closed the book and looked at him.
"Sure" I agreed only because I was bored, it's not like I have a mood to see him.
I go to the throne room and I see Hyungwon looking at me, my father takes a seat on his throne and I go towards Hyungwon.
He grabs my hand all of the sudden and gives it a kiss.
"Hello my princess, I know we saw each other yesterday but I've been missing you a lot" I give him a giggle and we get out of the castle.
As we were going out to see the people, everybody was giving us a space and we were taking a walk together.
"Tell me that you didn't mean it"
"I did" That bitch.
"Didn't my bad comment from the yesterday hurt you?" He chuckles.
"No I didn't, it was true" I rolled my eyes on him.
"God your so honest, sometimes you should lie just so you won't have a bad image. Your gonna become a king for god's sake" He smiles.
"Yeah and your gonna be my queen" Son of a bitch.
"Don't be so smiley, I'm not gonna have a happy life because of you"
"Come on, it's not that bad" He grabs my waist and I didn't like that feeling.
"Get off of me" He smirks.
"Should I?"
Then I saw him again.
"Your highness!" Once Hyungwon saw him he let me go and I quickly headed towards him.
"What brings you here this time? Are you stalking me?" He smiles.
"No I'm not princess, just seeing some food because you're people are good at it"
"I know, they make the healthiest and very deliciously, I helped them that with my method" He chuckles.
"You amaze me every time I see you princess, your gonna be the best queen on the future"
Mingyu's POV
I see Hyungwon coming towards us and gives me a bow.
"Hello your majesty" That's right, you should fucking bow as you should.
"Hello prince Hyungwon, congrats with your engagement"
"Thank you your majesty" Fuck this.
"Are you planning on how to rule the kingdom?"
"I don't know yet, but my parents are willing to help me with anything" Y/N was trying to hide her laugh, did he really just said that to me?
"Hyungwon, you just said that in front of the king that doesn't have parents" Y/N said, as he realised what he said, he bowed again.
"I'm so sorry, I hope I didn't hurt your feelings"
"It's fine, but seriously. You don't know what to do? You will be a king soon"
"I know it's just, our wedding is in 2 months so I'm focusing more.. To princess Y/N"
"Did you just hesitate?"
"Did I? Omg I'm so stupid" I'm glad that you know it.
"Relax, I'm just joking around" I gave him a fake smile and he smiles back and gives me a nod.
"Well I'll give you guys some privacy"
Y/N's POV
No!!! I don't want him to leave.
"Your highness, did you hear about our engagement party? Everybody will come to congratulate us"
"Yeah I heard that"
"So-" I put the hair behind my ear "-will you come to the party? You are invited by me"
He chuckles.
"I'll think about it princess, if I have a free time on that day, I will come" I give him a nod, I want to see him again.
"I gotta go now, it was pleasure to meet you Hyungwon"
"Pleasure is all mine" Hyungwon gives him a bow and then he looks at me.
"Will you bow to me?"
"Should I?" I'm not scared of him, but he looks so hot.
"You should not" He bows to me and I saw Hyungwon was speechless.
"The best queen should never bow to the king" As he looks at me he grabs my hand a rubs it gently with a thumb.
"If I have a chance, I would look forward to see you" He kisses my hand and then he walks away.
Author POV
After the walk you two headed back to the castle and you was standing on the outside.
"What did he just do?"
"Do what?" You knew what he meant but you decided to piss him off. And it worked.
"You know what I'm talking about"
"Relax, he's just being a gentleman"
"Gentleman my ass" You got really mad by that comment. Mingyu is a king, how could he say that?
"Don't you dare to say something like that to him!" I pointed my hand at him and he didn't like it.
"It's not my fault that you let him touch you"
"Touch me? It's not that serious Hyungwon!"
"Yes it is, he's just touching my woman and I can't do anything about it because I'm just a prince!"
"Since when did I become your woman?" He paused a bit.
"Every since we agreed to the marriage"
"I might have agreed about the marriage but that doesn't mean I'm your woman!"
"And what are you then? A maid?"
"It would've been better if we didn't agree on this"
"You-"
"Goodbye Hyungwon, see you at the party"
