Chapter 12

I woke up this morning and remembered that that Robert guy was in my room so I got up and looked around. I did not see him so I guess he left which is good because I felt bad for falling asleep with him in my bed. I layed on my bed and looked at the ceiling and heavily sighed. I closed my eyes but I could not fall back asleep which I wanted to do so very badly. I got out of the bed and walked into the closet and tried looking for clothed but all I found were gothic looking dresses. I looked around and found a dress I actually liked. It was a long red dress and it had black lace going down dress covering the red part and it had lace sleeved. I put on the dress and found a pair of black heels that matched the dress. After I was fully dressed I went into the bathroom and did my makeup to match the dress and I looked at myself and started chuckling because I look like a vampire. I looked at the mirror one last time and I walked back into my bedroom and seen Emerson looking at me. I looked at him and I walked over to a black chair in my room and I sat down on it.

" You look stunning" Emerson said

" Thank you"

" You can leave this room and even the house but you can not leave my territory" He said

"  Well can I go for a walk then" I asked

" Of course you can but one of the guards have to go with you" He stated

" Fine"

" I could keep you prisoner in this room" He said emotionless

" Who did this to you" I asked in rude way

" Did what to me?" He asked confused

" Who made you this cold" I spat

" Look go for your walk we have business to do later"

He got up and walked out of my room and I stood up and left the room following him. I reached the front door but some guy was standing there waiting for me and I just walked passed him and out the door.  I walked towards a path and followed it to see where it took me because I had no idea where the hell I was going. I walked for a few minutes and when the pathway ended a little village came into view and I looked around. I walked into the village and looked around and when people seen me they bowed which was weird. I looked around and seen little stores and a health center and little houses and I finally landed to a little building that said ' school' and my mouth just dropped open. There was no way that all the kids in this village could fit in this school so maybe I could talk Emerson into making it bigger. I turned around and started to head back to the house when I seen a short girl crying and taller girl pushing the short one. I walked over to them and I touched the taller girls shoulder and she just looked at me and rolled her eyes and went back to pushing the other girl and saying mean things to her.

" What are you doing" I asked trying to keep cool

" Telling this retard not to talk to my boyfriend anymore" She said shouting

" Well you can do that without touching her or saying rude things" I said

" Mind your own buisness" She said and they she looked at the short girl and she pushed her and she fell on the ground and hit her arm. I looked at her and saw her arm was bleeding and the tall girl wento to smack her but I grabbed her arm.

" LEAVE HER ALONE" I ordered and she looked at the girl with hate and I pointed somewhere and she walked that way. I looked at the girl on the ground and helped her up. I took her hand and I dragged her to the small health center. We walked in and a lady came over and cleaned up the girls cut.

" Whats your name" I asked her

" Beth" She said

" Such a beautiful name"
