Chapter 23

Sirena's POV

" Mom, Dad?"

" Sir.... Sirena" A deep male voice stuttered

" Sirena" A feminine voice whispered

" Mom, Dad!!!" I yelled excitedly

" Sweetie you need to go" My mom said

" No why?" I asked

" If Emerson finds you down here then he will kill us all" My dad explained weakly

" I dont want to go daddy" I said crying

" Oh Angel I know but you have to. Dont worry about us." My dad said

" Okay but im coming back for you guys" I stated

" Angel dont trust Robert or Emerson " My dad said and then he said " GO now"

I nodded and told them each that I loved them and then I left the shed crying. I ran threw the woods down the pathway I now know holds my parents in. I wanted to turn back and get them out of here but I know Emerson would catch me before I even got out of his territory. I finally made my way to the village and ran back to the library. I have found myself coming here alot. I sat there and I looked around the old library and I felt someone watching me. I looked behind me and seen some guy looking at me.

" What are you doing?" I asked

" Keeping watch" The guys said

" So now I need a babysitter" I said pissed

" I guess so" He said

I got up and walked out of the library and thought the tiny village. I found the pathway back to the pack house and went through it. The whole time im walking the babysitter followed me and that made me more angrier. I finally see the house and by this point im seeing red and I want to kill all of Emersons men but I cant. I walked up to the house and when the babysitter came up to me I punched him in the face. He grabbed his face and looked at me surprised that I would hit him. I looked at him and growled more to myself but he looked pretty scared.

" Why did you hit me" He asked

" I hate being watched over like a child" I said

" Okay but I didnt follow you because I wanted to. Emerson told me to keep an eye on you" He said

" Now im gonna go punch him" I said. I turned around and walked in the house. I knew where Emerson would be. I walked to his office and without knocking I walked in the office. Emerson was with the three Alpha's we had lunch with the other day but that made me even more pissed off. I walked over to his desk and sat down on the edge of the desk and looked Emerson in the eyes.

" Emerson how old am I?" I asked calmly

" 18" He said

" Then why in the hell do I need a babysitter" I growled

" Well you kind of went crazy this morning" He said

" Well people should not piss me off" I said looking at James and then I looked at Emerson and punched him in the nose. I got up and walked out of his office and went to my bedroom which was cleaned up. I went to my bathroom and ran bathwater. I watched the water fill the tub and I got a happiness in me knowing that my parents were still alive but then I had a sad feeling knowing that I cant see them. When the tub was full I stripped out of my clothes and got in the hot bath. I let the water take me over and I closed my eyes and relaxed a little. I couldnt get the fact that Robert knew my parents were alive and he didnt tell me about it. I thought he actually liked me and if he did he would have told me about my parents but he didnt which means his dad has him under his control. I wish I could get ahold of Blake or something but I cant. I was thinking hard when it hit me so I jumped out of the bath and got pajama's on quickly and then I brushed my hair out. I locked my door and then I ran and jumped on my bed and got situated. I closed my eyes and focused on my power and who I wanted.
