In the undercity it alls different, ever since vander passed away. Sevika took a bottle up stairs and took out the cork and spit it out. "She fired on us." Sevika said. "There's always mishaps in battle. The firelights were their targets and most are dead" silco said

"It wasn't a mishap, she froze and lost her shit. Y/n had to calm her down. I could've handled those brats. She's a problem and we all know it" sevika said "we?whos we?i expect better from you than excuses. It was your job to make sure things went smoothly" Silco said looking at her

"You failed. Don't disappoint me again." Silco said. Sevika was angry and got up and left. "Now. The worlds growing smaller everyday, thanks to the hexgates. And now, we're cut off. The topsides are leaving us further and further behind. What happened?" Silco asked

"She already told you" jinx said. "I'm asking you both" Silco said. There was a loud thud on the table. And there showed jinx and y/n. "One of those firelight wackos was girl." Y/n said "with pink hair" Jinx said. "Hmm..." he said handing her the eye injection for his eye

She moved closer,y/n got off the table and stood next to Silco"your sisters gone. You know that as well as I do." Silco said "I know. I know. Sister,right?" Jinx said. Then she started to get carried away and talk about sisters. "Todays screw up will set us back weeks." Silco said

"I'm sorry" jinx said "We're sorry" y/n said leaning on the chair. "I need to know that I can rely on you both" Silco said. He grabbed her arm "I'm doing this for us,jinx,y/n. All of us. The sons and daughter of zaun deserve more than their runoff." Silco said

Jinx moves her arm "it won't happen again." Jinx said putting the thing on his eye "I know" Silco said. A needle came in and poked his eye with shimmer.  "Sevika will clean up todays mess" Silco said. "Sevika? That ogre couldn't clean a dust bunny with a blowtorch." Jinx said

"She'll suffice. You should focus on your gadgetry" Silco said. "Ugh" jinx said falling backwards "take some time" Silco said. "I don't need time." Jinx said "take it anyhow" Silco said. They both left the room
