Just as the plants took a break from a tough incident, a sudden gust of wind flew through the bright houses of Neighbourville, calming the stressed residents that were outside as if something whispered on their ear, that everything's going to be alright. Except... it felt warmer as it lingered on the skin of people, like the warm aura that a glowing fire emits. It was fever-inducing, but people chose to ignore it as they thought that it was just coming from somewhere hot.

On the other hand, while the streets of Neighbourville grew more silent, half of the plants are on the battlefield, still continuing to shoot and fire and blow like there's no tomorrow, fueling forth the everlasting war against their nemesis, and long shall they continue to fight until one side bites the dust.

Meanwhile, on Zomburbia.

The widespread conflict in the townscape persisted, and countless lives continued to perish for both the plants and the zombies as a result.

That though, a diminished troop of zombie soldiers lurched through the blood-soaked Zombopolis, all of them bearing numerous injuries, finding a safe spot with a narrowed hope in the brink of being sighted on by the barbaric plants, bent on murdering every undead they could search as they wore a restless look.

Fortunately though, they were able to slide through and out of the place. Sighing in relief, they rushed towards a trap-door, opening and entering there without doubt. Afterwards did they shortly check for enemies, and luckily, there was no one in there.

They closed the door shut and dropped their weapons, sitting down. After clearing out their heads for a moment, they thought that fighting back is senseless and a needless waste of resources, thus they immediately started coming up with a plan. Though, they did not forget to remedy their wounds before doing so. After ruling out a lot of possible places where dying is most likely, they set their target on the four-wheeled transportable projector that's recently relocated inside Zomboss's laboratory from a nearby warehouse. They knew it is a deadly task, but an objective of priceless value nonetheless, so they began moving shortly afterwards.

Moments passed for Neighbourville.

Long after Nate and Crazy Dave finished eating breakfast, the Plant Heroes had left the house and continued with their duties. Though, it seemed like their curiosity on Noise didn't come to a halt at a slight bit.

"Hey, Uncle," Nate mumbled, placing down the cold glass of orange juice on the table.

Crazy Dave paused as he was about to open the fridge, looking around. "Yeah... what concerns you?"

"About the peashooter guy," Nate answered, "Do you happen to think that you know who he actually is?" He started to raise.

"Well," Crazy Dave groaned, much to his attempt to recall something at the past, "I can't say for sure, but he seems familiar to me for the least," he replied.

"Alright?" Nate leaned onto the table, raising an eyebrow.

"All that I know is... he bears some degree of resemblance to another peashooter whom I've rarely seen in rather many places, even the ones I have never went to before," Crazy Dave proceeded to add.

"Oh! Who's this dude you're talking about?" Nate shortly asked, maintaining his eye contact.

"I'm not exactly a master of remembering names of people I barely even interact with," Crazy Dave promptly responded, "But I DO know for sure that he's clearly different from every single one of their kind. That is what I definitely can recount," he went on as he caressed his beard.

"I think you're being too vague, uncle," Nate uttered, sipping on the orange juice briefly.

"Okay," Crazy Dave turned his body towards Nate, leaning on a chair, "I, uh," He yawned, rubbing his eyes for a second, "Hold on, I think I'm not getting enough air," he spoke under his voice, walking towards the windows and pushed it outwards.
