The sound of the gong again woke Kai and Tsuya from their slumber. They got up quickly and put on their uniforms, they ran down stairs and ate a warm plate of waffles, drenched in maple syrup. Kai and Tsuya run outside to Sensei Koko, "Hello, Kai and Tsuya." Sensei Koko greeted calmly, "Your probably wondering where everyone else is, this is a private mission between us." Sensei Koko explained. "Ooh, like a spy mission!" Kai and Tsuya jumped up and down. "Yes." Kai and Tsuya focus their attention to their Sensei. "So you need to break into a funeral for the demon general that we fought the other day. I need you to get intel for their plans." Sensei Koko ordered. "Yes ma'am!" Tsuya and Kai exclaimed. "When you say private you mean..." Kai let Sensei Koko fill in the blanks. "You can't tell anyone till after the mission." Sensei Koko explained.
Kai and Tsuya went back into the cabin to put on fancier clothes. Kai put on a white button down, black tie, with a black vest. Tsuya wore a black and white skirted dress with the top being black and purple, Tsuya then helped Kai put his hair back into a bun, to make him look more "classy." Tsuya and Kai summoned motorcycles, yet they don't know how to drive, Kai and Tsuya rode through the woods and into the city. "Woah!" Tsuya exclaimed. "So pretty!" Kai awed, "there it is!" Kai exclaimed while pointing out the funeral home. They parked and got off their bikes. "Okay, we need out sad faces on." Kai said, "Try to make me cry." Kai told Tsuya. "Try thinking of when you thought I was dead during that fight with the giant demon." Tsuya whispered, Kai's eyes started to tear up, "Kai your crying!" Tsuya cried out, "Now your going to make me cry!" Tsuya exclaimed tears running down her cheeks. They walked into the building where there were demons everywhere, they sat in two empty seats, it was so cramped they practically were sitting on each other.
"How did you know him?" one women asked the kids. "We worked for him." Tsuya answered. "He was our boss." Tsuya finished. "So you were part of the Demon Society gang?" She asked, "Yeah, absolutely." Kai lied, "so how do you know the Demon Society?" Kai asked politely. "Oh, I know about it because my husband is one of the captains there, and he comes home and tells me all about the plans." The lady talked, Kai and Tsuya looked at each other, "his plan is to, we'll you probably know." She stopped. "Uh, actually..." Kai started, "We just go out with the mission we're only told what to do during the mission, so please tell us more." Tsuya finished as she put a hex on her. "Okay! His plan is to take people into this special machine that injects them with this potion that turns them into demons, and they will keep them in this facility and train them into an unstoppable demon army, the general works with this mysterious guy that goes by the name of Destructor, that's all I know." The lady explained. Kai and Tsuya's eyes widen.
"Thanks for the head start on the mission!" Tsuya smiled. "That's the same guy who made our parents turn us into demons!" Kai whispered angrily. "Wait the ceremony is about to start." Tsuya hushed Kai. "I just want to say a few words about my beloved brother, who has recently died this week." A man on stage started, almost sounded like they were about to cry. "He was a great warrior and I'm was lucky to have him as a brother." The man started crying, Kai felt Tsuya put her head on her shoulder, Kai put his head on her head, Tsuya yawned and fell asleep. Kai closed his eyes and sighed quietly, and he too fell asleep. After the ceremony, everyone walked out of the building except for Kai and Tsuya still fast asleep on the wooden chairs. Tsuya opened her eyes, "Kai." She tugged on his arm, "Yeah?" Kai asked. "No one is here we should go back to the campsite." Tsuya whispered, Kai got up from his chair and walked out of the building with Tsuya, "You continue, I have to tie my shoe." Kai got on one knee and started tying his shoe until he heard a noise.
He looked up and peered through the window to the building, he saw demons gathered around a table talking about stuff Kai couldn't make out, one turned and saw him, Kai booked it and jumped onto his bike. "Why in such a rush?" Tsuya asked "I'll tell you back at the campsite, just step on it." Kai told Tsuya, Kai and Tsuya went flying onto the road and back through the woods. When they got back, Kai told Tsuya what he saw. "Dang, it's like... a cult meeting." Tsuya exclaimed. Kai and Tsuya entered the cabin and approached Sensei Koko, "So, what kind of information did you find out?" Sensei Koko asked. Kai spoke up "Tsuya and I figured out that demons are going to be making an indestructible army of demons out of the same potion Tsuya and I took as a kid, and it's the same guy who forced our my dad and Tsuya's dad to make potion in the first place, he goes by, Destructor." Kai exclaimed, Sensei Koko was impressed. "Thank you for this intel, now it's time to hit the hay." Sensei Koko told the two students. "Wait!" Kai ran back to Sensei Koko, "We now know where their secret hideout is, well at least one of them." Kai explained, "It's at the funeral home!" Kai exclaimed. "Thank you once again, Kai." She responded calmly.
Kai and Tsuya went upstairs and put on their pajamas and slept.
