"Eat slowly. Why the hell are you gulping it down?"

Adrian glares at the boy beside him.
He doesn't know who he was but he looks like he came from a wealthy family. His clothes look expensive and he is wearing such a nice cologne.

Unlike him, he is wearing a worn out t-shirt of his Uncle.
This Uncle is a gangster that works for a dangerous person.
When his Dad died, his mother took this Uncle home and they started living together. Her mother is his stepmother. She said his father just brought him to her one day. He doesn't know who his real mother is. But according to her stepmother, she doesn't want him.
His stepmother hates him and always looks at him with disgust. But she didn't abandon him at least.
The mistreatment worsened when Eric was born.
Lately, all his body feels pain.

"Drink this." 

"Why are you feeding me?" Adrian asks.
The food tasted really good. He never had a proper meal all his life.Or at least before his dad died.

Louie rolls his eyes.
He is too angry at this snob to take care of his mental stress.

"If I see hungry people, I feed them. I'm very kind."

Adrian rolls his eyes.
"Thank you." He feels ashamed but also a bit happy.

"Do you really not want to report? You know, even in our country. Police is not that worthless."
He said.

Adrian smirks.
"There are five times when neighbor near us report about my situation but thanks to Uncle's connection, nothing happened."

"The fuck!" Louie angrily grits his teeth.

"Anyway, I understand now. You are really kind. Thank you. But please don't meddle anymore. Even I have a dream, someday, when I'm old enough, I will escape and live my life somewhere. If we meet again after that. I'll treat you to a meal." Adrian smiles.
"I haven't told you my name. I am Adrian."
He didn't wait for Louie to say anything. He carried the brat and leaves.

Louie stomps his feet on the ground.

"Dream! What dream? You will get killed soon!"
He angrily said.

'Even I have a dream,'

As Adrian said that, his eyes soften a lot and he looks like his age.
Louie's heart feels troubled. He pity him. He won't be able to escape. He will die soon. He is not sure when. This year or next year. He just skimmed the information about him. 

"The kidnapper kidnapped Adrian. But he didn't tell his wife about it. Making it look like he brought an illegitimate child home. Then that kidnapper died. Ha.haha...Motherf**kers!!!" He is so mad he grits his teeth.

He is sitting on one of the benches when he sees two people smoking under the three.
He smirks.

"Hey," 

The two gangsters look at Louie.
Louie smiles.
"Who are you?"

Louie's smile deepened.
He doesn't get acquainted with these two in his past life but he knows their younger brother. He is his classmate.
It was rumoured that their family is doing illegal activities.

"Brother, that's the rich man's son living in the 4th block."

"What does the young Master want from us? We are just your day to day hooligans." The guy throws his cigarette on the ground. And squints his eyes at him.

Louie wants to roll his eyes.
He meets gangsters every night as he bar and club hopping. How can he get intimidated so easily?
But after he gets out of the rehabilitation center, he stops meddling with them.

"Actually, I got pissed off with this gangster living in the 6th block. He thinks like he is some hot shot because he works for a rich backer. I want to beat him up and also ransack their home." He smiles.

"What a very wild thing to think, young master." The two sneers.
People like this young man always look down at them.

"Can you do it for me? I can pay 50k."
He smiles.

The two look at each other.

"Ah. Also kidnapped that 12 year old son. If you do it without letting anyone know I'm behind it, I'll throw another 10k."

"Young master, you think we are that kind of people?" The man sneers.

Louie raised a brow.
"If you can't do it then say it earlier." He turns around.
He just needs to go to the bar with his classmates. If he found people there it's easier. People in the club are more decisive.

"Wait!"

Louie turns around.

"Beating someone and ransacking their house is easy. But kidnapping is a serious crime."

Louie knows that much.
"Just bring him to me and you don't need to care afterwards. I'll handle it myself."

Louie's heart is trembling.
It's a serious and heavy crime.
Even though he has good intentions.

"That's not what we are talking about. Pay us 100k. We will do it for you."
The man sneers.

Louie laughs in anger.
Why would a gangster like this who also has backers care about law that much? They just want to raise the price.

"Fine. Do it tonight?"

"We need to check first if that person has a better backer. We won't do it if it's dangerous for us." The man said.

Louie understands that they want him to pay in advance.
"I'll get the money later. Do you know my house?"

"Who doesn't know your house?" 

Louie rolls his eyes.
Maybe even he is in their target list but his father's connection is not something they can deal with.
If they want to harm him then see who will really get dealt with.

He once again called Soriano.
He went to the bank. Ofcourse he can't withdraw the money so he called for his father's help.

"Why would you need that much money?" His father frowns.

"We  will go and play billiards next saturday and they want to bet with money. I don't know how much I should bring." He is not worried his father will get mad for it.

"Why do you need to bring real money?"

"I don't want to be a laughing stock if I don't bring some."

"I'll send my secretary to you."

"Thanks Dad."
He happily said and ended the call.

His father's secretary is a beautiful woman. He has known her since he was young, she gave him a brown envelope full of one  thousand peso bills.

"There's two hundred thousand in there. Boss said you should win some and not only lose money." The secretary jokes.

"Haha. Miss Janet knows I am not good with billiards."

'Then why are you going to play? You are wasting money!' Even if she has an opinion, she never said it.
