It was 2:39 PM when Levi was descending the stairs of the shared home he lives in, stepping into the living room all dressed up and ready to head out somewhere. His eyes that had been wandering fell upon two brunette's, but one was overjoyed by simply seeing him. She jumped up and off the couch, standing in front of Levi with a big grin while the other happily greeted him from where she sat with a family sized bag of chips on her lap.

"Eren and I are going out." He informed her in his usual bored tone of voice and a hand on his hip. Levi looked sassy per usual, those long thin brows of his slightly furrowed and eyes narrowed as if trying to observe what her next move and words will be. It was funny, at least to Hange who looked him up and down with a smirk.

"Well that's good to know. You guys rarely leave the house to begin with."

"I literally left the house yesterday."

"Yeah, but I mean, you both don't usually go out together."

"I know, that's why we're going out today."

"That's good then! Have a nice time guys." Hange gave him a small hit to his shoulder and a wink before sitting back down on the couch with Sasha. Levi only rolled his eyes, glad to have let her know in case anyone were to ask for him or Eren. He walked away, arms now crossed and an evident attitude on his face.

Once meeting with Eren at the foyer of the house, Levi had grabbed his bag and put on his shoes quickly. The brunet twisted the doorknob, keys in hand as he pulled the door open and allowed the raven to walk out first. He did so, looking back to make sure Eren was right behind him before walking to their shared car. And a nice one at that! A gorgeous Jeep Wrangler that the two fell in love with when they had gone car hunting together a while back. Despite Levi having dreamed of owning a Mercedes Maybach S580, he was promised by Eren that he'll be able to get one once they move out and live in their own house. Whenever that is. But hell, was he excited once that day comes.

The front door was securely closed and locked by Eren, while Levi was already seated in the car with his seatbelt on and his bag on his lap. His cheek rested upon his palm, eyes watching as Eren joined him in the car with that same bored look he always wore.

"Eren."

"Mhm?"

"You should let me drive sometime."

Silence fell between the two. The only noise audible being the shifts in the car. Eren was getting comfortable in the drivers seat, putting on his seatbelt and placing his own bag in the backseat of the car. He glanced at Levi before starting the engine after twisting in the car key, then he began to back out of the driveway while still in thought. It annoyed Levi just how long it was taking him to say anything. But in a way, he felt like he knew exactly what he was going to say. And he knew he won't like it.

"Last time you drove this car...you nearly crashed into a pole."

"Asshole. That was when I didn't have my license yet and was barely learning how to drive. Mind you, that was two years ago."

"..You're not wrong...but the fear still lingers."

"Tch."

Levi turned away, arms crossed as he looked out of the window. He was annoyed, not fully angry but annoyed. Enough to ignore Eren's presence and take in the familiar sights of the streets, buildings, and greenery outside. This made the brunet glance at him here and there, feeling slight amusement at the bitter attitude radiating off Levi. It wasn't anything new, he was very used to it by now. And he knew it only took so much to make him happy. It was simple, really. And due to their current situation, it seems like he'll have to put the solution in action.
