| Pregnancy 01 | Breaking The News

Eren's P.O.V.

I embraced Levi from behind. My arms encircled his small waist whilst my hands caressed his stomach softly. I know he's nervous, especially since today is the day we're going to inform everyone of the big news. Around two weeks ago or so, I questioned Levi when we were going to tell our friends about his pregnancy. And he responded with "Not sure but definitely not yet."

From then, I didn't bother to ask him again until he had made up his mind. Which was barely two days ago. Quickly, I texted our friends and asked when they were free and if we can hang out soon, they responded rather quickly and chose a date, time, and place. That leaves us here. Levi and I had reclined in the shade under a tree and are now watching the lovely garden that surrounds us. I never have known of this place before, and I'm happy I do now. Both of us wait patiently-I feel Levi's breathing soon even out. My gaze that was on some purple flowers was drawn to Levi and I leaned forward to look at his face. As expected, he fell asleep. I smiled to myself and rested my head on his shoulder while keeping watch.

Hange : EREN, LEVI! HEYY!!

I heard a familiar voice yell from afar. I opened my eyes and saw a group of people heading toward my and Levi's direction. Those people being our friends; a smile graced my lips and I looked at Levi who was still sleeping. Lightly, I shook him and watched as he fluttered his eyes open.

Levi : Hm...?

Eren : They're here. I wanted to let you know but If you'd like you can go back to sleep. You know they'd understand.

I told him as I rubbed his back. He shook his head, refusing to drift back into slumber.

L : I'm good. How long was I out?

E : Mmm..I believe for half an hour.

Levi nodded and yawned whilst I carefully got up. Stretching my limbs, I felt myself relax, and swiftly I took out my hand for Levi to take. He grasped it tightly and I pulled him up to his feet before embracing him once more. Honestly, I can't help myself. He's too damn cute. Though instead of breaking the hug, he returned it. His head rested on my chest while his arms wrapped around my hips.

I know Levi has changed a bit because of his pregnancy but sometimes I get surprised with the way he's so affectionate nowadays.

H : SHORT STACK!!

Amusement was placed on my face seeing the way Levi attempted to bolt away but was captured by Hange who jumped on him and threw him down. That amusement instantly turned into fear until I realized she hadn't landed on his stomach, just on his legs. And although I should be relieved at that, I can't say I exactly am. My heart still thumped rapidly and without hesitation, I removed the energetic woman away from my husband.

E : Hange! Please be careful!!

I yelled at her with pure concern in my voice and helped my husband up. That took many by surprise since normally, I don't treat Levi like an overly fragile porcelain doll.

E : Are you okay?!

L : Yeah, don't worry Eren.
