My heart sank as I sat in 6th hour. Cassie just heard me say I liked her boyfriend. I was sitting down thinking and my friend jake come sat next to me. He was taller then me but younger. Short brown hair and Beutiful blue eyes. He was a prep I never knew why we were friends. We were close friends. We dated once but we were really young it was like in 6th grade.
"Hey, taybug!"
"Hey, j..."
"What's wrong tay bug?"
"I like Cassie's boyfriend and she found out."
"Oh...I'm... sorry."
"What's up j, why are you upset?"
"I geuss you can't have everything taybug."
"J?"
"I like you taylor but you like someone else."
Before I could say anything the bell rang and he left. My heart was racing I can't leave with all this on my mind. I like jake but I wish he would've told me sooner. I like him but I don't know today is just falling down. My best friend likes me and I like him back. Maybe I don't know I'm so confused...
When I get home my phone starts to go off. It's from jake.
"Hey taybug can we talk?"
"Yes, and just so you know you can like two people at once but one will be more than the other."
"Taylor I am sorry for what happened today and what I said to you. But what are you saying?"
"It's fine j, and I'm saying... I...I... like you to."
"Really?!?!? My taybug likes me back?"
"Yes, J your taybug like you back!"
"So know what...?"
"I don't know."
"I love you taybug but I got to go do chores!"
"I love you to J, talk to you later!"
I am so confused I just told my best guy friend I liked him. That I loved him. How is it possible I don't know. Jake means so much to me. What if I ruin that. I got to get a hold of Cassie and tell her I'm sorry.
