Heartbreaker

The day of dances.

I woke up to my alarm agian. Only today I was ready. Today was the dance. I was so excited! I woke up put on jeans, a shirt that's blue with a heart, and blue converse. I put my hair in a bun and didn't really care about it. I ate my breakfast and checked my phone. I woke to three messages. One from jake and two from ilyssa (aka sissy). I opened Jakes first.
"Good morning my Beutiful amazing girlfriend I love you so much baby!"
"Goodmorning babe I love you to:)!"
Then I opened ilyssa messages this is the first time she has ever texted me in the morning?
"Goodmorning today is a special day we have the dance and the best boyfriends to go with!" The second message read "what are you wearing to the dance by the way"
"Goodmorning and it's a surprise not even jake knows and I know we have the bestest boyfriend!"
My day has started off really good. I walked to the bus stop and was talking to my brother when the bus pulled up. I sat next to Valerie.
"Hey val!"
"Hey taylor!"
"So did you ever get those tickets to the ginger jesus concert?"
"Still waiting on mom to find some!"
"Okay!"
Today was going to be a great day I could tell. I was really happy and nothing could change that! I walked in the gym and jake was sitting there talking to cade. I sat next to jake and cade.
"Hey babe! Is this what your wearing to the dance?"
"No j, I'm wearing.... oh wait im.jot telling it's a suprise!"
"Fine, but you look hot everyday so it doesn't really matter!"
"Still not going to happen! "
"Reasons why I love you!
"I love you to!"
I saw Cassie come in the door she looked at me like she was worried. I couldn't handle it anymore I need to get to the bottom of this why is she acting so wierd! I walked towards her but she got up and left the gym. I went and sat next to jake agian and he asked what happened.
"Nothing literally nothing."
"She isn't usually like this what's wrong with her?"
"I don't know but o well she don't wanna talk." Jake rapped me in his arms and was playing with my hair. Then ilyssa walked in. Cade immediately jumped up and gave her a hug. I've never seen cade do this before. Jake kissed my forehead repeatedly. The bell rang to go to 1st hour. I had Cassie that hour she can't run from me in there.
"Hey cas!"
"Hey tay..."
"What's wrong why have you been avoiding me?"
"Taylor people have been saying things like their going to beat your ass for getting with jake and I don't wanna be around to watch that happen."
"Okay I understand."
"Im not trying to be rude I'm just. Don't want to get introuble. "
I shook my head. Great more threats just because I'm going out with a guy. I honestly don't know what to do. I finished my work in that class. I walked to my second hour and jake stopped me.
"Hey babe you seem upset?"
"I'll tell you later j."
"Alright babe love you!"
"I love you too."
I do really like jake. But it seems to the longer I date him the more threats I get. I told ilyssa about what Cassie said. She just told me things would work out it'll be okay. I'm still scared I spent the next 3 hrs in classes thinking about this. What if me and jake stay together it would die down eventually and just ignore the threats. I walked to Jakes locker and a girl was standing next to it I walked up and she said "okay call me then." That was weird jake just rolled his eyes at her and told her to leave him alone.
"Hey babe who was that girl?"
"A girl who thinks I'm hers."
"Like hell your mine and if I haft to prove it to the world I will!"
"Don't worry you don't haft to babe I'm all yours!"
"I love you!"
"I love you to babe! But still you seemed upset today what's wrong?"
"It's nothing I'm better now I promise!"
"Okay!"
Jake put his arm around me and and we walked to the lunch room. We arrived in the lined so see ilyssa and cade hugging and kissing. Me and jake walked up.
"Get a room!"
"Shut up tay!"
We laughed for what seems like 2 hours. Then Cassie and her boyfriend showed up. Jake immediately wrapped me in his arms. I haft to admit I loved it. Cade grabbed ilyssa and kissed her forehead then wrapped her in his arms. Cassie's bf looked at us and just stood there they weren't even holding hands. Ilyssa looked at me with confusion.
"So cas what's up?"
"Hanging out with yall and my boyfriend."
"Cool."
Her mood kinda damper everything. Jake grabbed me and cade cade grabbed ilyssa and he walked off. I looked at him and realize we were outside.
"What's up babe why are we outside?"
"Cassie is trying to steal you cade and ilyssa from me."
"Aw baby you will never loose me!"
I kissed jake on the lips and he wrapped me in a hug and kissed my hair line. Then a coach come outside and told us to come back inside and to separate. Me and ilyssa went to our next class. I told jake bye and I loved him. Ilyssa gave cade a hug and said see ya later. We started talking about the dance.
"Hey tay I can't wait for tonight!"
"I know right il!"
"I want a slow dance with you to and the boys can do whatever!"
"Deal I'll do it!"
"We will haft to fight with the boys to get it tho!"
We both laughed I really couldn't wait for tinight. The bell rang to go home I went to the car kid spot and waited for my Mom to show up. Jake went and sat next to me. He tried to ask what I was wearing tonight but nice try that isn't going to happen! He asked if he should picked me up and I said no i want to really suprise him. My mom showed up I said bye to jake and gave him a kiss.
I got home and started to curl my hair. I then got a text from ilyssa saying she was wearing a dress. I said you won't be the only one Selene is wearing one. I finished curling my hair I did my makeup. Then the outfit. I had a dress it was long and strapless. It was blue at the top and slowly changed into purple at the bottom. By then it was 6:30 time for the dance. Mom took me and I saw ilyssa I yelled at her and she come running I said easy.
"Wow tay I'm speechless!"
"Thanks."
"I can't wait for jake and see what he's says!"
"He's already inside with cade!"
"Let's go together then!"
I had silver high heels on she had at short purple I strap dress with black heels. We linked arms and walked to the door. We payed out way in and went to the look for the boys. I walked in the gym were the music was and saw jake sanding there in a tux (like the rest of the boys) cade saw me and ilyssa and his jaw dropped. Ilyssa walked to the him then jake turned around. I haft to say he did the same!
"Hey taybug you look... look amazing I mean you always do but wow!"
"Did I suprise you?"
"Yes babe you did!"
The first slow song come on and no one was dancing then jake turned to me.
"Let's start the slow dance shall we!"
He took my hand and we went to the dance floor it was thinking out loud by Ed sheeren. Then slowly one by one pairs come on the dance floor to dance. I was singing along to the words and the moment was perfect. The song ended and jake kissed me on the lips for a long time.
"So I geuss that's our song then!"
"Yep I love you babe!"
"I love you to j!"
We danced to a few more songs then it was time to dance with ilyssa.
"Cade I want ilyssa for this dance please?!"
"Fine but as long as I get jake!"
"I don't care!"
I grabbed ilyssa hand and we started to slow dance.
"Tonight has been the best il!"
"I know cade really held me tight tonight."
"Wow you two are so cute I told you he was going to become yours!"
"I know!"
We sang to the song and danced. The dance was over and my feet were killing me. Jake took me outside and carried me to the bridge. He put me down and I kissed him immediately. It was a long passionate kiss to. He picked me up and sat me on the rail. Soon cade and ilyssa come running in. It caused me and jake to stop kissing.
"Hey jake you and taylor should go get a room!"
"Shut up cade, we were here first!"
"It's a public place j anyone can come here!"
Me and ilyssa looked at each other and laughed. Cade immediately kissed her the jake decided to play a game.
"Okay cade, whoever kisses the longest without taking a breath wins!"
"Your on!"
"3......2.....1!"
Jake kissed me on the lips there for a minute I thought it was just me and him until I heard cade.
"Yall win."
"Yes!"
I kissed Jakes cheek and whispered in his ear.
"Let's get out of here!"
He nodded "okay we are going out for awhile we will see yall tomorrow!"
We are lol said our goodbyes and me and jake left. As soon soon as we left ilyssa and cade started to kiss agian. Me and jake latched hands.
"I had fun tonight!"
"Me to i haft to tell you somthing tho."
"What is it j?"
"I have never felt this way about anyone before. I love you with all my heart and always will. Taylor you are my everything and always will be. Words can't describe how I feel around you. All I can say is.... I love you with all my heart and hope you take it as everything it feel about you."
"Aw jake you are my everything to. I dint know what I would do without you!"
He kissed me on the lips agian this time it was passionate I have never been kissed like this from him before. It was perfect even the timing was perfect...
