Heartbreaker

The feelings hit me!

Jake was cute nice funny and smart. I liked him. I don't understand why I couldn't see it before. Next thing I know was I fell alseep. My dream was a nightmare. I fell in love with jake but he ruined all my friendships and even my friends realashinoship. I tried to change him to stop. He wouldn't but it hurt so bad to lose him. I awoke to the sound of my alarm clock. I moaned not wanting to get up and out of bed it was to comfy.
I got up and put on some sweats and a blue t-shirt. I ate some cereal and gave the milk to my dog. It was only 6:50 in the morning. I checked my phone to wake to a text. It's from jake I wonder what he has to say.
"Hey beautiful!"
"Hey j..."
"What's up taybug you seem down?"
"I'm just confused."
"Why?"
"I'll tell you later I got to walk to the bus stop."
"Alright taybug see you at school!"
I was confused he didn't ask me out I don't know if we are dating or not. I was scared to ask . I walked to the bus stop with my brother. He is a senior and I can't wait till he leaves the house. I was waiting for the bus listening to my fav. Song uptown funk. When the bus pulled up I got on and sat next to one of my friends. Selene and Valerie the are both blonde. Valerie has blue eyes, freckles, and skinny. Selene has brown eyes somtimes hazil. She also has glasses, and is also skinny. I told them about jake and what had happened. They were like my bus buddies giving me advice for things. We were talking about boys in our school and ginger jesus like usual. We arrived at school and walked into the gym singing along to thinking out loud. I saw jake sitting in his usual spot but I kept walking to mine. I sat down by myself for awhile listening to my music. Then jake come over.
"Hey taybug!"
"Hey..."
"Don't think I forgot you were confused about something."
"Okay fine."
"Sooo what's up?"
"Are we dating?"
"I don't know are we?"
"I was wondering because you didn't ask me out."
"Okay."
"Okay..."
"Will you Taylor Rosalie Pate go out with me?"
"YES!"
"So it's official I am dating my taybug."
"Yep!" We were hanging out and then ilyssa come in. I couldn't wait to tell her the news. I was so excited. All of a sudden jake gradded my hand. Then I realized his friend had walked in. His name was cade. He was tall blonde hair, blue eyes, skinny. Almost all my friends liked him. Ilyssa liked him the most tho. I never knew why she liked him so much but she did.
"Hey cade!"
"Hey taylor!"
"Geuss what?"
"What?"
"Me and j are dating!"
"Cool but I got a question before ilyssa gets here."
"Okay what is it?"
"Does ilyssa like me because I kinda like her and I wanted to ask her to the dance this week?"
"Yes, cade she likes you and I'm being serious to!"
"Okay thanks."
That was wierd cade and jake are really REALLY popular guys. Me and ilyssa aren't we are like the two outcast but somehow we ended up with the two most popular and hotest guys in school. When ilyssa come over I immediately told her me and jake were dating.
"Hey tay, I see you and jake are dating?!"
"Yes, il we are!"
My mind was racing with thoughts and emotions. I like jake but I'm scared I'll ruin out friendship. Just as long as we stay together were good. I hope anyways. Cassie just came in I yelled at her to come over by us she couldn't see mine and j's hands together. She come over and ilyssa gave her the news. She looked at me with relief. I geuss it's because she thought I didn't like her boyfriend anymore. My heart sank when he came in. Cassie called him over and jake wouldn't stop telling everyone we were dating. The whole school knows even the teachers. So many girls come up to me(mostly preps) and kept telling me jake was theirs and they were certain we weren't going to make it. All of a sudden everything hit me. I liked jake and I like Cassie's bf. I hope that jake and me together our feelings will get stronger. I hope at least.
"Hey babe what's wrong?"
"Nothing.. I'm just tire."
"Okay..."
He knew I was lieing it's jake for crying out loud he knew everything. All of a sudden Cassie's bf looked at me like he knew somthing was up. So did il but cas didn't say or even look at me. Jake put his arm around me and I laid my head on his shoulder. He was so warm his neck was anyways. Next thing I knew the moment was perfect. Everything had left my mind. It was me and jake by ourselves. It was... perfect. Then the bell rang and it was gone.
"Bye babe I love you!"
"Bye j I love you to!"
Cassie told her bf bye and they kissed. Il had the next class with me so she followed.
"So you and jake are so cute!"
"Yea I know!"
"I saw the look in your eyes when you laid your head on his chest."
"It was perfect il!"
"I wish I had what yall have! But I want mine with cade!"
"It'll happen trust me!"
"I wish!"
