Now fully recovered, (Y/n) visits the detention center that Kazutora was imprisoned in, seeing as though it'd be fair to resolve things with him too, and not just the others.

To (Y/n)'s surprise, Kazutora was enduring his own share of despair, most likely over Baji's death. "I was told to expect at least ten years." He hesitates. "Is that even enough?--I'm going to run away anymore. I need to face what I've done. He taught me that." He keeps his eyes on the floor. "So...this time, I plan to actually better myself."

(Y/n) cracks a small smile. "I'm relieved." Kazutora steals a glance at her. "To be honest, I couldn't help but to worry about you so often, possibly more than others."

Kazutora asks her. "Why?"

(Y/n)'s smile falters, her tone changing into a serious one. "You and I...are somewhat alike." Kazutora didn't look convinced. "We're both scared to lose those that are precious to us, yet at the same time...we're scared of them betraying us one of these days. So, in reaction to that fear, we...move on an impulse, and assume that it's the right decision."

Kazutora's breath hitches, taken aback by (Y/n)'s accurate analogy. "You..."

(Y/n) lowers her head slightly. "I've made my own mistakes, too; Earlier this month...I ran away from home, so that I can protect Toman from Kisaki and Hanma. But it did the opposite, because in the end, I got chased down by Mikey, Draken, Takemichi, and Chifuyu." She tries to lighten the mood with another input. "Though I feel as though they only wanted to scold at me, you know?"

"But..." (Y/n) reminisces on the fight she had initiated on her four friends. "--despite their good intentions, I hurt them. Both physically and verbally. Because...I thought that what I was doing was the right thing, to save them, and build a bright future where they wouldn't have to suffer in some way..." She chuckles lightly. "When really, I was just afraid of getting too close to them, assuming that one day...they would leave me."

Kazutora couldn't help but to sympathize with the girl that sits across from him. He had his own experience of genuine fear, so of course he would understand at least a good portion of (Y/n)'s account.

"Being alone was my entire life." (Y/n) confesses. "So to undergo a whole bunch of emotions, all in one...it was a bit scary. And I hated feeling that way. Because I had no idea as to why I was going through feelings to begin with." Her eyes softens.

Kazutora can relate to that perspective, too. Having so much fun with the Toman founding members brought him immense joy, one that he hadn't experienced in his own home. There were days where he had been so confused by his emotions, but other days where he had embraced them and emphasized it by continuing to spend his days with his friends.

"We're both in the same position; We want to better ourselves." (Y/n) remarks. "Because we know that if we don't, our friends will just scold at us then and there." She smiles again. "So it's not just for our own sake, but for their's, too."

Kazutora purses in his lip, struggling to come up with a response.

(Y/n) crosses her arms on the table. "I want to be friends with you." Kazutora blinks. "For real this time."

Kazutora wasn't sure if such a proposition was a good idea. "But I don't really think..."

"I'm not doing this out of sympathy, or for Baji." (Y/n) reads off his face. "I just want to get to know you properly." She cocks her head to the side. "You don't mind if I stop by monthly, right?"

"Monthly?"

"Of course." (Y/n) reaffirms. "How else am I gonna get to know you?"

"But you can just send a letter..." Kazutora suggests. "You don't have to go through the of...stopping by here monthly."
