Dead Gone

Everyone in the room turned to watch us, I looked at my D.J.L. Friends, they looked back at me, then suddenly__

''Annabelle, watch out.'' A voice called. It was Romana's, my body went on alert, but what should I watch out for. Gasps went through the room and everyone was looking above my head.

I looked up and gasped. There was liquid frozen above my head, that was what I should be looking out for. Erika was shocked, she was trying to dump liquid on my head, but failed. I smiled, I had an idea. A second later, the liquid went to her outfit.

Everyone in the room laughed except for Erika, she gave me a grim and a serious face.

''You jerk!'' She yelled at me. ''I bought that outfit yesterday.''

"My bad.'' I said. She grinned her teeth at me. She picked Ivy's chocolate milk out of her tray and shoved it, but I stopped it and it went to her face instead of mine.

''Arrgh, how DARE you.''

''Oh, I dare.'' I said.

''You little__''

''What.'' I said.

''Monster!'' She yelled. She turned on her heels and left. Everyone laughed in the room.

''Annabelle, you are a magician.'' Gabe said. I smiled, they thought I was a magician, not a dangerous Mind-Wisher. ''Why didn't you tell us?''

''Yeah, why didn't you tell us?'' Ivy repeated Gabe's question.

''I don't know.'' I lied. 'So you guys wouldn't be creeped out by me.'

''Well, by the way, you are a good magician.'' Spencer said. ''You really pissed her off.''

''Thanks and I know."

Rumors spread as fast as waterfalls, Josh was on alert about the rumors and people were fighting over the 'Team Annabelle' and 'Team Erika' thing.

Josh came and sat down, we were in Drama class

''Did I hear this correctly, that you used your power in public?'' Josh asked.

''Yep.'' I said.

''Why?'' He asked. He sounded urgent.

''Gee, relax.'' I told him. ''It's not a big deal. People think I'm an awesome magician.''

''And?''

''Your girlfriend deserved it. Speaking of her, where is she anyway?'' I asked. Josh shrugged.

''And?''

''And I guess that's the end of our conversation.'' I told him.

At lesson, things went well, except for Josh had to leave. At the end, Megan and I went upstairs.

Erika and Josh were in the living room, discussing. Erika turned and saw me.

''Well, well, well. There she is.'' She said.

''Here I am, have a problem with that?'' I asked her.

''Yeah.'' She dared to say. I bit my lower lip so hard that I tasted blood.

''Ooh, a little advice.'' She warned me. ''Try not to hurt yourself by biting too hard on your lower lip.'' With that, I sank my teeth deeper on my lip.

''I WISH for you__'' To stop being mean and get out of my life.

''Hey, wanna wish for something." She started. I looked at her. ''I've got an idea, why don't you wish for you to be dead gone.'' She suggested. Tears flooded out of my eyes.
