I sighed sitting on my bed scrolling through the internet doin on my laptop some Christmas shopping or we'll trying to not doing so well everything was too expensive, takes too long to ship, or is just kinda shitty

"Jake! Y/n's here?" I heard my mum call from downstairs

"Ooohh! Send her up" I called back saving but minimizing the tabs I had for present ideas for y/n and soon enough she came up into my bedroom jumping on my bed for a cuddle "awwwww hello beautiful" I smiled hugging her too seeing her little red dress, her green tights with Christmas lights all over them "aww you look so cute and festive"

"You.... Do not jake"

"What? I'm wearing my festive jumper?"

"Festive?"

"Gizmo is wearing Christmas hat. And he's waiting for midnight see he's a festive boy"

"Alright, what are you up to?"

"Christmas shopping" I told her

"Ooohh... How you doing?"

"Not great, I've got lots of ideas but with shipping stuffs late and expensive" I told her

"Oohh! The fuck they wanna charge twenty quid shipping!"

"Yeah I know but if I go with the other shipping it might not be here till like January"

"Why don't we just go to the real store? Like a shopping centre?"

"Oooh yeah. I'm gonna be honest I forgot they actually still exist"

"We could go and shop on the real world, and we could get pretzels, and smell the lush store, and see the pretty festive decor" she giggled

"Okay, let's go and we can get our shopping done and maybe a little hot chocolate on the way?"

"Sounds perfect come on" she smiled grabbing my hand I smiled and got my boots on and we went downstairs I got my jacket on and she slipped hers back on and we got our gloves scarfs and such on wrapping up nice and warm holding her hand as we headed out to the stores.
