It's like walking in the tunnel po. At first, it's all light and you can see everything. You feel motivated po kasi you can keep going and you feel fine. But as you step more deep into the tunnel, the light fades and it gets darker and darker and you stop. You stop going because you feel scared, alone and sad.

Life is like that po. You don't always feel fine. You don't always see the light po. There are times where it gets dark and we just stop from walking kasi we feel demotivated. And it's okay po to feel like that. You don't have to hide you're hurting po.

There's always someone willing to listen to you, Kuya. I know you have at least one person like that po

And even if you are a man po, Kuya, you're still validated kahit po na malungkot ka. Men can get sad po, like women. All of us get sad po, kasi not all the time, fine po tayo.
