Third person POV

As the hours passed by, Suki continued to work, listening as time ticked by rather slowly.
Her tea was empty and so was the Cesar salad Mia brought back for her. By now she knew someone had poisoned her, the sour taste and off putting feeling in her stomach was all she needed to know that she was poisoned.
"We should get you to a hospital Mrs. Rikidou! I swear I didn't make your tea and would never do such a thing!" Mia was full of concern for her friend as she reached for the phone, but Suki smacked her hand away "There's no point, Ms. Reggie, I can survive this." She muttered to herself a bit out of disappointment and continued working "I would like to know who made my tea and if they did poison it, but be suttle about it. If they catch on well, we won't be able to arrest them-" Suki cuts off as the building shakes violently and screams echo from underneath them, both Mia and Suki jump out of the way of a falling chandelier just as the building tilts and they start free falling towards the windows, as the two crash through the window, Suki reacts quickly grabbing onto Mia and a metal pole sticking out of the building, they were now dangling from one pole watching as the building was being evacuated by heroes
"Mrs. Rikidou! This pole won't support the both of us!-" Mia's face was covered in tears and broken glass, Suki growls forcing herself to hold onto the bar and Mia, she knew it wouldn't support the both of them and needed to get off as soon as possible but being poisoned and struggling to hold onto both Mia and the pole for dear life was complicated.
She wasn't going to save herself and let her friend drop to her death so, using all the strength she had in her body tosses Mia back into the building and starts climbing up to the floor she fell out of.
But, stops short of the building collapsing more the more she lifted herself onto the pole "Mrs. Rikidou!" Mia calls out, her young features ruined by the blood and dust from the building as far as Suki could tell someone used bombs or a quirk and exploded it about three floors below knowing it would be chaotic.
Movement was heard from above and Suki see's her friend reaching out her hand "Please Mrs. Rikidou! Take my hand before the building completely collapses" She begged but Suki refused to give her hand and just smiles
"I'm poisoned Ms. Reggie, you have a chance to live, plus it's times like these when my quirk comes in handy" She smiles up at Mia just as the building collapses even more and Mia falls out the window and to the ground with a shriek, she was caught just in time about halfway down the building by a familiar red feather, Suki couldn't help but feel relieved for the hero she despised so much.
"Tch, thanks hero" Suki grins spotting Hawks on a nearby building who seemed to be looking up at her, she couldn't tell though, she was too high up.
A headache appeared out of nowhere making Suki reach for her head in pain one hand still holding onto the pole while the other went to her bleeding head from broken glass, the poison must've decided to take effect on her now because of injuries she earned from the window and maybe more?
Feeling as though the pole she was holding onto glitched a few seconds before it completely disappeared, shocked Suki.
"What the hell was that?" She muttered to herself blinking twice waiting for it to happen again, she concluded it as the poison being stronger than all the other times she had been poisoned; Suki refused to let the poison get the best of her and starts climbing back into the building, but the more she moved the worse her headache became.
Now back in her office and leaning forward she starts climbing back up towards the elevator and holding onto it for dear life, her desk crashed out of the window when Mia and her fell.
Suki didn't dare let go, her quirk was strong and it could keep her safe but even if it did there was no way she could survive that big of a fall and land safely on the ground. Her best bet was to jump onto the next building and pray to God she could make the jump. And that's exactly what she did, she took the emergency stairs up to the roof where it was highest and tried to make it to the ledge of the building without falling off.
You can probably guess how poorly that went, she did end up falling but caught herself on an air shaft and climbed onto it. "Keep it together Suki" She panted to herself adrenaline taking control of her body making it harder to move; sighing she makes the jump for the next air shaft getting closer to the ledge just before jumping the building collapses and causing Suki to jump hurriedly for the next building, she misses a few windows but goes crashing through one just below.
She rolls on the ground of the building feeling the glass stab deeper into the wounds on her body and gasps for air, a few employees of that building stop and look at Suki in shock and fear "Everyone evacuate the building!" Suki's hearing and eye sight began to falter as she struggled to stand Suki had made it and was alive but no longer could move, the poison and cuts too overwhelming for her body to handle that it just, gave out.
Everything went black after a few seconds the only thing she heard was hurried tapping, shouting and a soft warming voice "I saw you jump. Smart idea kid" And that was the last she heard before completely blacking out.
