A/N POV:

It was just another ordinary day in the cozy confines of the L/N household. Y/n found herself abruptly awakened by the enthusiastic clamor of her younger siblings, S/N and B/N. Her dear sleep was almost forgotten by then. The twins wasted no time in declaring their hunger, their voices echoing through the house "Y/N we're hungry , feed us or we'll starve.", "Im sooo hungry , Y/N!' . Y/n sighed, unmotivated to the fact that she'd have to prepare their meal since her parents were occupied with work and her older brother was off hanging out with his friends as usual. She couldn't help but feel a twinge of annoyance towards him, but there was little she could do about it. "

She smiled a little at her younger siblings enthusiasm because of food.

Y/N POV:

"Alright, alright, I'll whip up something for you two, but please, for the love of peace and quiet, promise to keep it down," I pleaded with my siblings, rubbing the sleep from my eyes. I was already exhausted from a restless night plagued by nightmares of my greatest fear - loss. It might sound childish, but the thought of losing the people I love terrifies me to my core. "ARE YOU COMING?" they hollered again, their voices like nails on a chalkboard. Fastly, I made my way to the kitchen to rustle up some baked bread with cheese, a simple meal that would hopefully satisfy their hunger and of course easy for me to prepare. Despite my lack of appetite, I served them their breakfast before caring for my own needs. Slipping into a pair of joggers and an oversized T-shirt borrowed from my brother, I tied my hair up in a messy bun (if u have long hair ofc) and returned to my siblings' side. "You two need to get changed as well. We can't spend the whole day in pajamas," I reminded them, gently dressing them out of their beloved sleepwear. As I was about to resume my morning routine, the shrill ring of an unfamiliar number pierced through the silence of the house. "Hello?" I answered hesitantly. "Is this Miss M/N L/N?" the voice on the other end asked. "Uh, no, I'm her daughter," I replied, puzzled as to why someone would be calling for my mother. "How old are you?" the caller pressed, a strange urgency in his tone. Feeling uneasy, I reluctantly answered with my age before questioning his intentions. What followed was a weird conversation that left me feeling unsettled and anxious. According to the mysterious caller, our town was in imminent danger, and we needed to flee. Skeptical yet curious, I decided to verify his claims and was stunned to discover that he wasn't lying. With a sense of urgency crawling up at my insides, I hastily packed some essentials and rounded up my siblings, determined to heed the stranger's warning. But before I could reach my mother, to tell her about the unsettling news, darkness enveloped me, and the next thing I knew, I was waking up in a hospital bed, disoriented and bewildered.

I awoke to the sterile scent of disinfectant and the soft hum of medical equipment. Panic surged through me as I realized I was in a hospital bed, my mind reeling with questions. My mother's calm demeanor did little to assuage my anxiety as she reassured me that I was safe. The doctor explained that I had been knocked unconscious by smoke inhalation, a chilling reminder of the danger we had narrowly escaped. Two days in the hospital felt like an eternity as I grappled with the harrowing reality of our near miss. I was scared for rhe future . What will happen ?

And then, just like that, everything changed. My mother informed me that we were relocating, leaving behind the chaos and uncertainty of our former lives. It was a bittersweet revelation, but the promise of a fresh start filled me with a glimmer of hope. And so, with a mix of trepidation and excitement, we embarked on a journey to Encanto, a place that my mother had roots in and knew people around that would be up for helping our family.
