I would like to highlight an interesting aspect of the behavior of snovids. Over time, their attitude towards me changes, they get to know me more and more, they are interested in my success in lucid dreaming, they grow fonder for me and try to somehow help me.

I often feel exhausted and helpless in their world. I do not have enough concentration to listen to them, and even worse, I can barely manage to maintain self-awareness.

In themeantime, the dream began to acquire more and more realism and weight. I couldnow even feel the sand under my feet, when I walked along the beach, I couldfeel the warm waters of the surf lapping against my toes ... How difficult itsometimes is to remain conscious in a dream, but then again, how often are weeven conscious in life? We often drift from point to point of interest, absorbed in our thoughts and not seeing others. How is this state of existence differentfrom dreams? I noticed an important pattern: the more often I practice stoppingmy internal dialogue and remain wakeful in the here and now, the more often Imanage to accomplish the same thing in my sleep. By stopping the flow ofthoughts in a dream, you become aware that you are dreaming. It is like anexperience of enlightenment (awakening) both in a dream and in reality.
