Flight or fight

Meg stared at the principal tiredly "and we appreciate it" Meg mumbled as the principal gave her a small smile.

"So, just take a few deep breaths and try to calm down and when you feel better you can head to class." He finished

Meg nods slightly before turning to Alyx "hey can you get my bag from Syd.." She asks quietly

"Yeah.. I'll be right back" Alyx said as he walked out of the office to retrieve Meg's bag. Leaving Ace, Meg and Stu alone with Mr. Himbry.

School is clearing out. The halls have begun to empty as Tatum escorts Sidney down the hallway. Ace could just barely see them through the crowd of people as she made her way towards the two she felt a hand gently grab her shoulder, turning her head slightly she noticed his all too familiar eyes.

"Billy." Ace mumbled tucking some dark curls behind her ear as she gently shook his hand off of her shoulder.

it wasn't me, A." Billy mumbled as he put his hands in his pockets, Ace nodded as she glanced away from Billy.

"I know, I got a call from the killer, he told us." Ace responded, looking back at the man in front of her.

"So, are we okay again?" Billy asked Tilting his head, causing some of his brown hair to fall in front of his face. Ace smiled as she walked towards him and ruffled her hand through his hair.

"Of course B." She responded as Billy pushed her hand out of his hair as he chuckled softly at Ace's actions.

"Weirdo." Billy mumbled, causing Ace to laugh at his words.

"Alright you two get a room~" Meg voice chuckles, causing the two to turn and see Meg walking up to the two with her hand tucked into her pockets.

"Maybe we were about to." Billy grinned as he crossed his arms over his chest, Ace smacked his shoulder with the back of her hand as Meg faked a gag.

"No we weren't." Ace exclaimed as Billy began laughing as he rubbed the sore spot on his shoulder, Meg rolled her eyes at the two of them as she grew closer to them.

"So rumors are that you got into a fight with Maddie" Billy began as he looked over at Meg before raising an eyebrow "is it true?" He asked.

Before Meg could respond she felt an arm placed on her shoulders belonging to none other than Stu.

"You bet your sorry ass it's true, I was there!" Stu confirmed before glancing down at Meg with a smile. "She kicked that bitches ass and then Jaxs got involved, started blaming Ace, who then put him on his ass, man!!" Stu Yelled with excitement as he looked over at Billy.

Billy grew quiet as he listened to his friend's words carefully before he shook his head lightly "wait why did Jax get involved? I thought he was your guy's friend?" Billy questions the two girls.

Meg lets out a sigh "because he is dating Maddie" she explained before adding "And if I hadn't fought Maddie Jax wouldn't have gotten involved and blame Ace".

Meg gently pushed Stus arm off her shoulder before trying to walk away from the group but she felt Stu quickly reach out grabbing her hand pulling her into a tight embrace.

"Hey.. It's okay, no one is blaming you. Not me, not Billy, and you know Ace, if she had a problem with it she would have said something to you by now.." Stu pointed out

Meg glanced over at both Billy and Ace as the two nod in agreement with Stu words.

"Thanks Stu I needed that" Meg mumbles as she pulled away slightly

"No problem chika" Stu said sincerely before getting an idea "And to celebrate this impromptu fall break as well as getting rid of a fake ass friend, I propose we have a party. Tonight, my house." Stu suggested with a grin.

Ace scoffs "Are you serious?" She asked as she glared at Stu

"Well yeah... my parents are out of town. It'll be nothing like my hurricane bash last year. Just a few of us, hangin'." Stu clarified as he lens against Meg

"This could be good. What do you think, Meg" Billy asked

"I don't know..." she muttered before crossing her arms over her chest "you do remember that me, Ace, and Syd did get attacked by a killer the other night? "

"Of course but remember, there's safety in numbers." Stu countered making Meg roll her eyes.

"Fine. But only if you can convince Syd to come.. If we show up and she is not there, we will turn around and go home" Meg said sternly, making Ace chuckle.

Knowing that Sidney wouldn't agree to such a thing not wanting to risk a chance at getting attacked again.

"Cool. See you guys tonight. Sidney and Tatum are gonna help you two bring food." Stu says before speeding off, sliding down the empty hallway, Billy gave Ace a small smile before running after Stu.

"Aye my two favorite idiots!!" Alyx's voice rang out causing the two girls to see him walking towards them, "didn't think you guys would still be here." He finished, his curly hair bouncing with each step he takes.

"We were just about to head out, need a ride?" Ace asked as she began walking towards the front exit of the school. Giving it a few thoughts over, Alyx nodded. As the three walked out the building and down the stairs and onto the cement sidewalk all three somehow missed the shadowy figures walking into the school.

Maybe if they noticed they would have been able to stop what was about to happen. Jax was still pulling out his things from his locker normally he and his girlfriend would be the first ones out the door and on their way home.

But because of what had transpired between Maddie and Meg he was stuck in the nurse office. After Making sure Maddie was alright he headed to her locker and got her stuff before going to his and grabbing his stuff as well.

"Just remember, this is your fault!!" Meg words ranged out in his thoughts making him slam his locker loudly in anger.

Slowly Jax walked down the now empty hallway thinking to himself. If Meg and Ace had a problem with Maddie then they had a problem with him and maybe this was a good thing.

He's no longer in a twisted game of tug of war between his friends and his girlfriend. His thoughts were interrupted by the sounds of footsteps echoing throughout the halls. Glancing around he saw no one.

"Alyx I swear to god!, if your trying to fuck with me because of what happened between Me, Ace and Meg Im gonna fucking kick your ass!!" Jax threatened, before he picked up his pace and continued walking down the hallway. Suddenly he begins to hear the sound of metal scraping metal coming from behind him.

Jax turned around to see a Man dressed in all black, he couldn't see who it was due to the white Mask that seemed to be a ghost screaming. In his hand was a black handled knife, which was being dragged against the lockers.

Jax dropped all of Maddie's things that he was holding as he turned back around to take off running but there stood another figure dressed in all back that also wore a twisted up ghost mask.. But the knife this fucker was holding was covered in blood.

Fear flooded his veins as the killer waves his knife slightly in the air, taunting him with it. Standing trapped between the two killers Jax watched as they both creeped closer to him. Gripping the strap of his backpack tightly he noticed one of the classroom doors wasnt closed all the way, giving him an idea.
