*Hey guys! I've published the second chapter of my version of Sing 2. This is published on December 23, 2021. If you guys like this chapter, don't be afraid to vote and comment! That would be greatly appreciated! The song used is called "Welcome To New York" by Taylor Swift but I put my own spin on it. Enjoy!*

Everyone was gathered at the bus station, regrouping and reuniting with Ash as though they hadn't seen Ash in years. They were all waiting for Buster Moon to come back out with tickets.

"—Yeah, so, he tried to gaslight me into saying that there are no other clubs in town when I've been to a bunch in Catalonia and I just left that place," Ash finished her story with the group with Johnny nodding his head in agreement.

Rosita sighed heavily. "Ugh, bosses can be like that sometimes."

"Gee, it's almost like everywhere you go, you always attract the prickly cactuses," Mike stated more as a fact than an observation.

"I know right!" Gunter gasped while he was surprised to agree with the snarky mouse. "I feel so bad for you, Ash!"

"Oh, don't worry, I don't need the pity," Ash said with a laugh.

"Well, at least, you left that job," Nancy replied with her arms crossed.

The theater group nodded their heads in agreement.

"Well, that's sweet, guys. Thank you," Ash responded to Nancy's reply.

Eddie nodded his head. "Of course, we're here for each other. And whether you work for someplace else or go somewhere else, you're always going to be a part of Moon Theater."

"That's right!" Gunter agreed excitedly.

"Yeah, and we can still hang out if you're free and up for it," Meena stated.

Mizuki smiled softly and nodded her head.

"Thanks, guys." Ash grinned at the group of theater animals.

Buster walked out with the tickets in hand. "Alright, everybody, I got the tickets."

"Wait, where exactly are we going?" Meena questioned the koala showman.

Buster smiled and gestured grandly towards the bus. "We're going to—wait for it—Redshore City!"

"What?!" Mike squeaked in shock.

Rosita gasped in excitement. "Wait, really?!"

"Yeah!" Buster stated happily.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa," Johnny interrupted the moment. "Isn't Redshore City where the big leagues are at?"

"I believe so," Eddie answered with a shrug.

"Doesn't that seem to be big of a jump?" Johnny questioned with a brow raised.

"Yeah," Meena uttered in agreement with Johnny. "Besides, Suki says that we're not good enough to be in the big leagues."

"Well, we're not going to worry about Suki. She's just one harsh critic," Buster determined with his fists on his hips.

"Yeah! Besides, we might have a shot at Redshore City!" Gunter replied with optimism in his tone.

"It's been my dream to perform at Redshore City since I was a little kid," Rosita said wistfully. "But I'm not sure I was ever going to reach that point. What if we're not legit?"

"What if we are?" Nancy said positively. "I'm sure we'll do better than ever before."

"Now, I'm having second thoughts," Johnny uttered nervously.
