Clay smiled at the fact that Buster was okay now. With Mizuki holding the koala, Clay could see that he's safe now as long as he's held in Mizuki's arms. Rosita and Gunter were done with their performances.
"We're up," A soft voice spoke as Clay glanced down to see Ash softly reminding him that it's time to go.
Clay nodded his head hesitantly, losing his relieved smile. "Okay."
The theater animals noticed Dexter holding Jimmy Crystal in his stance while pinning him up against the railing.
Clay drew his brows together in anger to see Jimmy Crystal again. "Give me a second." With that said, Clay strode over to Jimmy Crystal with Ash following him in curiosity of what the lion was going to do.
Jimmy Crystal struggled in Dexter's hold. "What's the big idea?! You won't get away with this!"
Clay approached Jimmy faster than expected as the lion threw a harsh punch on Jimmy's cheek. "That's for killing Ruby!" Clay gave Jimmy another punch in the face but on another cheek. "And that's for nearly killing my son!"
Ash widened her eyes for a moment as she turned to see Buster, who Clay was referring to. She cornered a smirk as she patted on Clay's arm. "Okay, Grandpa, let's go."
Clay widened his eyes a bit to realize that Ash was standing near him the entire time. The lion cleared his throat and walked with Ash while keeping an eye on Jimmy.
The stage had changed into ice shards with Rosita and Gunter standing in front of the cave.
Rosita held the device near her. "Captain's log, we have survived the wormhole! But there's no sign of life anywhere. Not even a fleeting soul."
Ash and Clay were waiting within the cave.
"That's your cue," Ash softly reminded him.
Clay nodded his head. But before he could step forward, flashes of memories of cradling his dead wife on stage while crying and pleading for anyone in the audience to help her. The tears welled up in his eyes so suddenly as he stumbled to the side, breathing heavily.
Ash gasped to notice this as she went beside the lion. "It's okay, Clay. It's okay."
"I-I can't do this...this-this is a mistake," Clay said with shuddered breaths.
"It's okay, Clay, just sing. Your songs will carry you...the same way it carried me," Ash uttered almost tearfully.
Clay closed his eyes to shut out the memories of his dead wife and his guilt that were weighing him down. "I-I'm so sorry. I-I'm not ready. I'm so sorry."
Ash breathed heavily while trembling a bit. She bit her lips as she slowly emerged out of the cave. Rosita and Gunter didn't expect Ash to come out of the cave along with the rest of the theater group.
Buster gasped softly while watching Ash stand on the stage alone, biting her lips. She's alone with her holding the guitar. Her sparkling white outfit glowed as she stepped forth bravely in front of the audience. Ash's heart raced as she knew Clay was scared to come out. Her eyes closed as she began to sing without the music in the background.
