"there is something you should know, when you saw the cracks, i felt weak.." she said.
they talked but i rubbed my head, me and mirabel headed over to her house. we were about to open the door but i heard someone behind us.
"y/n? mirabel?! what are you doing?" he said
"shh! we're.. doing something!" i said
"let me come!" he said and opened brunos door.
"ughh fine!" she said and went through.
there was a door with sand, "casita? can you turn off the sand?" mirabel said and the floor tiles moved.
"let's go!!" camilo said taking me and mirabels hand.
we all went head first into the sand, i spat some out, "camilo!" mirabel said and emptied her glasses from the sand.
"YOUR FUTURE AWAITS!" there was a hand pouting up.
"oh jesus, we have to walk up all the way up there?!" i said
"at least we have each other!" she said and started walking up
it took like three hours of endless stairs until we reached the top.
"UGHH COME ON!!" mirabel said, we had a few more stairs to go.
"BRUNO YOUR ROOM IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE." i said stomping.
we had to use a rope to get to the other side.
we entered the room and a rat went into one to statues nose, "oh god." camilo said
a door opened, me and camilo looked around.
mirabel went into the room, and it shut.
"MIRABEL?!" i said banging on the door
"MIRABEL?!?" camilo said
"GUYS?! STAY THERE!" she said
the room started to shake, "MIRABEL?! STOP WHATEVER YOURE DOING IN THERE!" camilo said
"MIRABEL?!?" i screamed, there was a muffled gasp.
a few minutes later mirabel was banging on the door and we opened it making sand flood out.
we all fell backwards and mirabel sighed.
"AGH!" she said and backed away from the edge.
"oh god, oh my god." camilo repeated
"mirabel? did you find anything?" i said and she nodded.
she never told me what she saw, we just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.
"you know, i have no idea what you guys are looking for but why would it but in brunos cave?!" camilo said
"it's none of business, let's go before someone catches us in here."
"it is my business!! i climbed up like a millions stairs and i, or we, literally saved you!" camilo defended
we took all the stairs back down and burst out the room, we were heading to mirabels room but we bumped in their abuela.
"abuela! ahaha funny seeing you here?! how have you been?" camilo started as me and mirabel slowly scooted away.
"where are you guys coming from in such a hurry? and what is in your hair?" she said
luisa came running up the stairs, "IM LOSING MY GIFT!" she said sobbing.
"what?" their abuela said
