My Adventure in Wonderland

I apologize for my being late,
But no one can control one's fate.

You see, I was lost in Wonderland
Listening to the mouse's story on the sand

Surrounded by talking dodos and creatures of all kinds,
The Caucus race left my stomach in binds

All these potions and cakes that made me grow and shrink
It's really curious one might think

To be surrounded by talking playing cards
All chanting a song about painting roses red.

But to me this is all the norm
A sweeter reality in a darker form

And here comes the queen now,
Face red as the painted roses and body fat as a cow's

Screaming and shouting about cutting off heads
But in this world, there are no police feds

Now, the time has come to hold a tart trial
To which the queen's ruling will be final

But eventually, all good things must end
Falling down this rabbit hole was such a godsend

And when I awoke under the cozy shade of this tree
An imprint of the Cheshire cats smile was glaring back at me.

~~~~Not that great but don't judge me I suck with rhymes ok ;P... ~~~~
