Sanemi was working more and more. His job saw him as such a useful employee that you barely saw him in your small apartment. He did work for promotion just for the sake of both of your guy's sake. You got sick as the seasons changed and he cared greatly, hating that you always cooked but you insisted that if he works harder you still would.

Your illness let up overtime and you felt better yet one night you were worried he was stressing. He admitted to being fine but he was paranoid. Awhile back his mother passed from illness and you remind him so much of her. His mother has affected his life greatly that he is always so paranoid over how sick you get. When you were feeling better almost entirely you decided he deserved a reward for his hard work. He was to be home in the next couple of hours. He texted you cussing at you lightly to not cook anything and stay in bed. Saying he made sure to eat before getting home. You let it slide knowing he lied so you set up food for him in a lunchbox you ordered for him to take to work. He would love your generosity.

You started to light up some candles around the house so it could smell nice and look luminous. Lighting up candles on the edge of the bed you shared, one on each side. You went to change inside the closet into more revealing clothes. You haven't shown him and hid it well. It has been awhile since the two of you got intimate in that way so this could be the biggest relief. Nonetheless, when he would get home, he could let his frustration out. You bit your lip in thought reminding yourself on how animalistic he could be. He's been so soft due to your situation you would love for him to let loose like before and be his usual self. You next heard the door unlock and keys ring throughout the quiet house.

Shinazugawa's POV

"Tch, how are people so stupid to figure out some things. I just started working like 4 months ago and I'm already about to get promoted." Walking down the hall that was poorly lit, the apartment was going downhill and I had saved enough for us to move out to better, nonetheless when promoted I can confidently apply to get a house. It's exciting news I want to share with (y/n) finally. I got to the door and started to next twist it open. It was so quiet and I didn't even hear the TV playing. Usually I do since she makes dinner even though I say not to. A sigh left my lips and soon I walked in. Looking only a little inside, it was dark. She must be sleeping.. my poor love... A light though peaked to me opening the door. Candles?

I closed the door behind me and looked around. The room smelt nice, the smell of home though the place wasn't the best, she had a way of making home any place. A small note to direct my attention to the fridge. I opened it as it mentioned for me to, seeing a lunchbox.

"God dammit, (y/n)..." I mumbled. She was too good for me.Closing the door and looking around. Now to find her, I should be quiet though.

The door opened to a candle lit room, the smell lingered smelling like candy with a mix of vanilla. It was relieving for him to walk into the room. He expected (y/n) in bed so he proceeded quietly, changing to leave his clothes on the side of the bed. Ready to cuddle, a step behind him made him turn as he had grabbed both her wrists. A gasp.

"I could've knocked you out. You made the floor freak." He said as a warning. You giggled in response.

"I just wanted a hug~..." the light from the candle had shown off your figure while the room still remained dark. His flustered face didn't hide this time.
