Drengr had been a part of the Empire for a long time. As a baby, he was taken away from his parents and trained by the Empire.
It quickly turned out that Drengr had a lot of potential, in addition Lord Vader felt the force in Drengr.
Not wanting to waste the boy's potential, Lord Vader took him into his Inquisitor training group with the Emperor's permission.
Drengr, was not the best lightsaber duelist in the group, however he had by far the best and strongest Force skills in the group.
Lord Vader: This boy is strong in the Force, where did you find him, master?
Emperor: I sensed him and sent the search party to Alderaan. His parents had to be killed because they would not hand him over until the end.
Lord Vader: Brave but stupid.
Emperor: Yes, mistakes must be punished. While we're at it, how are your Inquisitors doing?
Lord Vader: They are still very young and often make unwanted mistakes, but I am sure they will prove themselves perfectly as Inquisitors in the future.
Emperor: I trust your judgment, Lord Vader. Good, you can continue with your tasks now.
Lord Vader: Yes, my master.
He said and left the room.
