The police weren't expecting the brothers to be shoved in front of them, however; the officers had grabbed Sam and handcuffed him. But Dean had to be taken to the hospital in that it wouldn't look good on the police if Dean died in their custody. Sam was determined to save not only Dean, but Sarah as well. Trapped inside a police car, Sam searched for a way out and noticed a loose paperclip that was on the floor. Making sure that the police were distracted, Sam leaned down and picked it up. Doing his best, he turned the paperclip into a small lock pick and picked the lock of his handcuffs. It took five minutes, but he had finally gotten free from the cuffs and opened the police car. He did this as quiet as he could and snuck away.
Once the officers were out of shot, Sam took off for the forest. He knew Sarah was going to be in danger and no way was he going to let someone he actually loved die by someone's hands. Remembering the path he took, he arrived at the cottage but noticed Becky was alright there. Worry flashed across Sam's face as he raced for the door. Meanwhile, Becky had arrived a moment before Sam did and had broken into the cottage.
"Hello?" Becky called out. "Where is that bitch who fell in love with my Sammy?!" Lena had heard the commotion and turned around the corner to find a total stranger in the room.
"Who the fuck are you?" Lena questioned. "And what are you doing here?!"
"Are you the one who fell in love with Sam?" Becky questioned.
"No, but I know you have no purpose to be in here," Lena responded as Becky pulled out a handgun and pointed it directly at Lena. Lena's eyes widened as she backed away, unsure about what to do. "Please don't hurt me!"
"I won't hurt you, but you better tell me where the girl is," Becky responded.
"And betray my mistress? No way!" Lena yelled. "You need to leave!"
"Sorry, but not until I get what I want." Becky approached Lena and shoved her into a closet. Lena yelled, but Becky ignored her as she slammed the door shut and placed a chair under the door handle to keep her from getting out. "Now that you're taken care of, I'm going to find your mistress." Becky ran upstairs and searched everywhere for the girl. Meanwhile, Sarah was standing on the balcony when she heard someone break into the cottage. Worry flashed across her face as she walked over to a poker and grabbed it from the fireplace. Sarah hid in a closet and waited for the intruder to come and find her, since she knew she was going to die that day. There was no point in trying to break the spell, since she didn't know if Sam truly loved her. She was pulled from her thoughts when someone broke the door down. "I know you're in here," Becky called out. "You can't hide from me." Becky neared Sarah and, upon instinct, Sarah came out from her hiding spot and attempted to hit Becky with it. She knocked the gun out of her hand and kicked Becky in the stomach, sending her onto a nearby bookshelf. Seeing her chance, Sarah dropped the poker and ran out of her room. She searched everywhere for a place to hide. Sarah ran down the hall and entered the library, where she hid amongst the shelves.
"You son of a bitch!" Becky exclaimed as she got up and grabbed her gun. "You can't hide forever!" Becky walked through the halls until she saw the library and entered the library. "I don't know what's so special about you," she called out, attempting to get under Sarah's skin. "You don't look pretty at all. I bet you know little about Sam, not as much as me," she continued. "Sam and I have this special little bond that you don't have. Did you honestly think that he would love someone like you?"
Sam had arrived at the cottage and raced inside. He knew Becky had got in. He just didn't know where she had gone. As Sam was walking through, he heard someone banging on a closet door. Sam ran over to the door and saw that the chair had been placed underneath the handle. He pulled the chair free from the door and opened it to find Lena running out.
"Lena? What happened?" Sam asked. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine, but that crazy bitch came barging in here and locked me in the closet," Lena said. "Tell me you know who she is,"
"Just as you said, she's a crazy bitch," Sam responded. "She has been obsessed with me since my brother and I moved back to Kansas,"
"You better go find Sarah quick," Lena warned. "She came in here wanting to kill Sarah." Sam knew what was happening and asked Lena if she knew where Becky had gone. Lena told her she had run up the stairs. Sam thanked her and ran upstairs as worry flashed across his face. He ran to her room first to find that she wasn't there, but a poker had been laying on the floor.
"Sarah?!" Sam yelled and ran out of her room. "Sarah!" Sam ran into the library and saw that Sarah was not there. However, when he reached the other side of the library, he saw someone had opened a window, which meant that they had gone out. "Don't worry, Sarah, I'm coming!" Sam ran to the window and climbed out. Placing his foot carefully on the roof, he searched for Sarah and Becky. Sarah was chased to the roof and was now fending for her life. She nearly fell at least twice off the roof with a gun pointed at her heart. Though, when she thought she was going to die, she heard Sam calling out to her. Sarah did her best not to show tears appearing on her face since Sam came back. It meant that he might love her.
"Any last words, Sarah?" Becky questioned.
"Leave her alone!" Becky heard a voice come from behind her.
