When Sam and Sarah arrived at the castle, they weren't expecting police officers to approach them. Sam looked worried and turned toward Sarah, hoping that the officers would not arrest him since he had to see his brother.

"Sam Winchester?" the officer asked.

"Yes, sir?" Sam said as he remained cool-headed. "Is there a problem?"

"How did you get out of that police car?" he questioned.

"Before you arrest him," Sarah jumped in immediately. "Don't take him away, he did nothing," she continued. "This girl, Becky, was about to kill me when Sam saved me, so whatever charges she placed on them, you need to drop it because he did nothing."

"Where is she?" the officer asked. "Becky, I mean,"

"She fell off the balcony," Sarah said. "Must have tripped when she tried to kill me,"

"Alright, well, seeing as how this Becky girl tried to hurt you," the officer started, "I think I can let it drop the charges," he continued. "But kid," the officer said as he was looking at Sam. "Next time you know someone is in danger, rather than dealing with it yourself, let an officer know."

"Yes sir, I will most definitely do that," Sam responded.

"Good, now you should probably go see your brother," the officer said. "I'm sure he would love it if he saw you,"

"Thank you, sir," Sam said as both Sarah and Sam walked into the hospital. The nurse had told him that his brother was on the second floor room 201 and should wake up soon. Holding onto Sarah's hand, the young couple made their way to Dean's room. They stepped in and saw that Dean was lying on the hospital bed, peacefully sleeping. They wrapped the wound in his arm with a bandage, which was the only wound he had after that attack. Sam and Sarah pulled up a chair and waited until Dean was awake. A couple of minutes later, Dean stirred in his sleep.

"De?" Sam said.

"Sammy?" Dean answered. "Where am I?"

"Your in a hospital," Sam responded simply. "They had to take that bullet out of you, but you're okay now." Dean turned his head to find Sam and a girl sitting next to him.

"Glad you're okay Dean," Sarah said. "I wanted to apologize for how I acted. I shouldn't have locked you in that basement,"

"Wait... your..." Dean said. "But how?"

"I was placed under a curse," Sarah responded. "I needed to find someone to love me, but if I didn't I would have remained ugly for the rest of my life,"

"And my brother is that person?" Dean questioned as he narrowed his eyes.

"Yes," Sam said. "No, did I am not under a spell." Sarah remained silent and knew that the brothers wanted some time alone. She excused herself and stepped out of the room to allow them to talk.

"So you and Sarah?" Dean said once Sarah left the room. "What about Becky?"

"Oh, she's no longer around. I pushed her off the balcony," Sam said. After some small talk with his brother, Sam had checked Dean out of the hospital. Sam had hoped that after everything that happened, things could be different. Especially since Sarah was in their lives now, and with Becky dead, they didn't quite feel like outcasts anymore. Sam and Sarah were perfectly happy that they were together and nothing would change that.
