with time everything passes
leaves turn brown and fall
fog gets cleared from glasses
in the end you might see it allwith time significance gets smaller
and so the good things fade as well as the bad
only time gets taller
time was everything we hadwe didn't waste it just as we didn't spend
rest is as important as sin and benevolence in the endand so we spent eternity together
and our time was over in a blink
and in summation it doesn't weigh more than a feather
but alone some's weight pushed you to the brinkwe are forgotten, maybe we forget each other
in the end it doesn't matter
in the end we are all just a feather
in the sea of significant and insignificant matterin the end everything is nothing
because nothing becomes everything
because everything passes
and fog is clouding glasses
then
it
is
not
a corpse begins to rot
awful memories fade away
back then you elected to stay
but just as that time has passed
that version of you is merely a shadow you castmonuments stand for a thousand years
just to be forgotten long before it's peers
languages are spoken, then they are not
you are hurt, your blood begins to clot
or it doesn't and time goes on anyway
that's the certainty, the common needle in the hayand so civilizations thrive
and then they fall
and everyone lives a life
they give it their all
or they won't
and then they don't
maybe they're missed
maybe by someone they kissed
and then they are not
as our time is but a blink
compared to those who have yet to sink
and to those who were already caughteverything passes
and erything already has
once there were masses
once there was jazz
just as once there was thought
and now there is not
