"what happened to your hair corey" my mom asked. "huh" he looked confused. "your hairs a mess" my mom pointed out. "oh my hair? erica tried to tie it up but it didn't work" he fake laughed then his eyes shot over to me.

i was blushing hysterically and chris happened to notice and catch on, he then let out an unexpected chuckle at the table.

"christopher do you have something you'd want to share" my mom knealt her chin on her knuckles like she was gonna hear an amazing story. he shot an evil smirk at me i was begging he wouldn't say anything, "oh nothing i was just imagining it." thank fuck i would've packed my bags and moved with corey if he said anything.

"thank you for having me" corey smiled at my mom then hugged me "i'll have to come here again soon, i had a great time" he whispered in my ear and sent chills down to my feet, making my legs go weak.

corey gave me a long kiss before he left. i went back up to my room to sort out my bed after what happened but i walked in to see chris sitting there.

"you and corey had a good time, didn't you?" he laughed to himself. "fuck off chris it has nothing to do with you, go tell mom i dont care" i was done with him he had been torturing me for almost 16 years. "i wont tell mom, for now anyways" he got up and walked off into his own room.

seeing corey talk about the photos on my wall gave me an excuse to take them down, i needed a fresh start instead of living in the past. i opened my drawers, took the pins out of the wall and threw everything into there besides from one. it was me and jennifer a few months back on a rollercoaster it had always been my favourite. taking them down finally took an amount of weight off my shoulders.

i had just gotten out of the shower after an hour of just standing there in my thoughts and 5 minutes of actually washing myself and doing my hair. today was not actually that bad or so i thought...

RING,RING,RING.

went the telephone that was on my floor from chris.

"hello-" i was immediately cut off. "this is just to let you know that as long as your dating corey, i will ruin your life he's meant to be mine...from cindy" the telephone cut off, it sounded like it was pre-recorded. i dont get her problem she needs to grow up or she should just leave town again without anybody knowing.
