Idalid's POV

We jumped out of the vehicle. Rick didn't seem to be doing good, so I took his hand in mine. I just imagined he'd feel better.

"DAD." Rick was pursued by a young boy. Rick let go of my hand and reached the young boy. I approached Glenn and took his hand in mine. I was concerned that I would not be able to locate my Daddy like Rick had found his. When Rick was telling us about what had occurred to him, we sat around the campfire. I didn't went to sit close to Rick for fair of upsetting his family, so I sat next to Glenn. He wrapped his arm around my waist to keep me warm while I toyed with the hem of his shirt. Shane didn't seem to like it because he kept staring at me and Glenn. Rick seemed to notice and gave me a look that said I was fine.

"Ed, think that log. Cold don't change the rules does it. Keep our fires low,  just amber so we can't be seen from a distance tight." Shane goes and says to some guy called Ed.

"I said it's cold mind your own business for once." Ed goes and say. Shane gets up and goes to Ed's campfire. He begins to speak with him. the log is then removed from the fire by a woman. Shane returns to the campfire.

"Have you given any thought to Daryl Dixon. I won't be happy to hear that his brother was left behind." Dale addressed the group.

"I'll tell him .I dropped the key is on me." T-dog told Dale.

Rick then revealed that he had handcuffed him to the roof. Then Amy told us that we could tell this Dixon person anything we wanted. To grab Glenn's attention, I tugged on his shirt. He smirks at me.

"I don't agree lying to him is a good idea. It's likely he won't like it. I certainly wouldn't. if you lied to me like you're going to, I'd be unhappy with you." I whispered to Glenn.

"Tell the truth. Merle was out of control something had to be done or he'd have gotten us killed. Your husband did what was necessary and if Merle got left behind it is nobody's fault but Merles." Andrea told us.

They continued to talk since I was too sleepy to keep up with their conversation. Someone wake me up. Rick and Glenn were visible as I looked up.

"Hey sweetheart, Are you comfortable with sleeping in Glenn's tent tonight and then staying with me the next night? Is that okay with you, sweetheart?" Rick says to me. I simply nodded at him, and as he was going to walk away, I swiftly grabbed his hand. He spins around to face me once more.

"You promise?" I reply extending my little finger in his direction. Rick sticks his small finger out and wraps it around my finger while he and Glenn both smile at me.

"I swear." He says to me.

"Now go with Glenn and have a good night okay sweetheart." He said as he kissed my head and walked away to another tent.

Someone screams and I wake up in Glenn's tent. I rushed dressed in order to see what was out there. I jumped out of the tent and dashed up to Glenn. As soon as I arrive. On the floor, there was an animal with an arrow in it.

"Son of a bitch. That's my dear. Look at what this filthy, motherless basted." Says the man, who is kicking the walker. Dale addresses him in some way. Then he approached him. So that I didn't see, Glenn places me behind him. The man mentions, squirrels, implying that he has a large number of them. We follow the guy back to camp as he walks by us. The man begins to call for Merle, but Shane intervenes. They began to fight him. Shane puts him in a headlock. I toke cover behind Glenn. I didn't want to see them hurt him, and I dint want Rick to be harmed as well.

Idalia's POV

I was assisting Daryl in putting out the fire. I was attempting to assist, but I didn't want to injure myself as they grew larger. Rick and Shane were approaching the fire from the corner of my eye.

"Man could you just tell me why. Why would you risk your live for a douchebag like merle Dixon." Shane went and said to Rick. But it wasn't very nice to say.

"Hey, Choose your words more carefully." Daryl said to Shane.

"No, I did,  douchebag is what I meant".

Rick has decided to go collect Merle back with Daryl. Rick's ex wife, Lori, does not want him to go, but I don't think she should say anything because she is his ex wife. If she only cared back then, she wouldn't be his ex wife. All of a sudden, she seems to care. I think so. Rick is bringing three folks along. I'm pretty sure I'm not able to join him. But because Glenn is also leaving, I won't have someone to stay with me. With Shane, I'm not completely sure about him. his a little frightening to me.

Was sitting on the water's edge when I heard footsteps approaching.

Rick asked, "How are you feeling, sweetheart."

"Fine, but I don't want you and Glenn going.  With whom am I supposed to stay with now." I informed him. while gazing down towards the water's surface.

"Oh sweetheart, you'll be grate; you can hang out with Dale on the RV. Am sure he won't mind."

"Are you certain about that?" I inquired about him.

"100 present, sweetheart. I'll be back before you know I'm gone."

"No, I don't believe so. I'm already missing you. And you're still around." My eyes were starting to water, so I told him.

"I promise I'll be back, and when I do, Glenn and I need to talk with you, okay sweetheart," I wonder as tears stream down my face.

"No sweetheart, you did nothing wrong; we just have a question for you, okay?"

"Okay." Rick extended his hand. We walked back to camp and as Glenn was getting into the van, I let go of Rick's hand and dashed over to him. As we talked, he sat in the driver's seat. We noticed Daryl getting into the vehicle as the passenger side door opened. As he walked in, I gave him a tiny wave. He returned one. I grinned at Glenn, glad to have received a wave from Daryl. I got out of the vehicle when I spotted rick approaching and waved goodbye to Glenn and Daryl. It  was heartbreaking to see them leave. I followed Rick's instructions and climbed up to Dale's RV, where he was sitting and watching everyone.
