Anden sent out a message to all the sectors earlier on the JumboTrons notifying the people of June's kidnapping and the fact that her kidnappers are the attackers from last year. There's a reward for anyone who finds her or brings in information related to her. I hope and pray someone does. It's been nearly two days now, and we haven't made any progress.

Every time I close my eyes, I think of her being tortured for information, or even for just the fact that she's so high up in the government. I picture her broken and beaten, blood smeared across her face. June, such a strong and brave person, being broken. The thought chills me to the bone. I imagine her screams filling the air.

My mind runs crazy with possibilities of what could be happening to her. Of what's already happened to her.

I'll never forgive myself for this. No matter how many times people assure me that it's not my fault, I have this nagging feeling in the back of my head telling me otherwise. I'll never get over it.

If only I never left her side.

If only I called Anden sooner.

If only I ran faster.

If only...

I walk into the adjacent room to talk to Anden, hopefully he'll be able to shed some light on the situation. Maybe he'll even have good news.

He has the opposite.

"Somone has hacked into all the JumboTrons. We can't play anything. I have a team on trying to fix it but," he looks at the ground, "We haven't figured it out yet."

He looks up and meets my eyes again. "Day, we have to get her. She's in serious trouble. We all are until the people who took her are dead. They're capable of far more than we can even imagine. They could be doing anything to her right now. Especially since she knows so much..."

We sit in silence for a while. Right now, we can only guess what's going on. There's nothing we know for certain. We don't even know who these people are, only that they're extremely dangerous.

Don't worry June. I'll find you. I promise.
