"Ah finally... Welcome home, my son Jeon Jungkook!!" Said the mother as she tightly hugged her son who had just come from Sydney after 3 years of not seeing each other.
"I really miss you, Mom"
"You'll be here for a month right?"
"Uhmm" Jungkook said with a nod, confirming his mother's question.
"And.. you must be Jungkook's roommate right? Welcome to our house, honey. Hope you enjoy being here" Jungkook's mother also hugged her son's friend who was going to spend his holiday time together.
"Thank you, Auntie"
"Yeah, he is Yoongi mom" Jungkook said as he put his suitcase into the house.
"Alright Jungkook and Yoongi, you better put your things in the room first. I will prepare dinner, and I'll call you when everything is ready"
While Jungkook's mom returned to the kitchen, Jungkook and Yoongi went into their room to tidy up their things.
"Your mom is very friendly," Yoongi said, starting the conversation.
"She's really friendly to everyone. Hope you can enjoy a month's stay here"
"Don't worry, as long as you are with me, I will feel at home here"
Jungkook just smiled at the answer from his roommate while in Sydney. They were both in the same college, and became close to each other when the two became partners in the same room. Their closeness is more than just friends.
Jungkook's return to Korea for one month was because he was going to attend his older brother Namjoon's wedding with Hoseok, which coincidentally also coincided with a holiday time at his college. That's why he decides to spend the holidays with his family, and also invites his roommate, Yoongi, to go on holidays together.
Knock knock
"Kids, have you finished tidying up your things? Soon it's time for dinner. You'd better come down now" Jungkook's mom said outside Jungkook's bedroom door.
"We'll be down in a minute, Mom," Jungkook said.
"Okay, we will wait for you in the dining room"
After a few minutes, Jungkook and Yoongi came downstairs and met other family members who were waiting for him.
"Daaad!!!" Jungkook ran to hug his father from behind.
"Haha my son, Jungkook. You've grown up now, I miss you son"
"I missed you too, dad!"
"Hey bro!!" Namjoon approached his younger brother and hugged him.
"Hyung!! I miss you, I can't wait to see you become a groom! How are you and Hoseok hyung?" Jungkook said enthusiastically when he saw his only brother.
"We're fine. How about you, everything going well there?"
"Yeah hyung, everything is fine. I like living in Sydney, although yeah sometimes life as a college student is hectic, but I enjoy it" Jungkook said while sitting next to his hyung.
"Uhm by the way, I haven't introduced my friend yet. You must have known that there I live in the same room with my friend, Yoongi. And here he is" Jungkook continued his sentence while introducing Yoongi to his dad and hyung.
"Hey Yoongi, nice to meet you" Namjoon said with a dimple on his face.
"I'm glad Jungkook has a friend like you, Yoongi. Jungkook often tells how his roommate is very nice, I hope you can continue to be his best friend" said Jungkook's dad who welcomed his son's friend.
"Nice to meet you all. I'm glad you welcomed me well. Anyway I'm also happy to be friends with Jungkook, he's a pretty fun guy" Yoongi said with a sweet smile, holding one of Jungkook's hands who's sitting next to him.

While they were continuing their conversation, a few minutes later Jungkook's mom came from the kitchen bringing some food for their dinner. Jungkook who saw his mother a little troubled, he immediately got up from his seat and helped his mother.
"Ah, let me help you, Mom"
"Thank you darling"
After all the food has been served on the dining table, everyone is ready to eat dinner.
"Okay, let's have dinner first. I cooked this special to celebrate Jungkook's return home, and also for Namjoon who will soon be a groom" Jungkook's mom teased her two sons.
While Jungkook and Namjoon smiled happily, seeing their family getting more peaceful.
And also Yoongi who smiled and felt the warmth of Jungkook's family, who were very kind to welcome him.

We all know that currently Yoongi, Jin, and Namjoon have been diagnosed as positive for Covid19. Let's all pray for a speedy recovery for them. I believe our boys are strong and all will be fine! And also for the rest of the other members, hopefully they will be kept away from all diseases and stay healthy always wherever and whenever.
