Imani POV
I was currently at Jahmir's crib just chilling as always. Home was so boring and I haven't heard from Neveah for like two weeks. She sends me messages so I know she okay but every time I ask her to hang out she's always busy. I feel like we starting to grow apart and I don't like that. The only other girl I'm close with is my sister Malaysia. Speaking of her she started FaceTiming me. I answered and she had a worried look on her face making me automatically get worried.

"Imani where you at I need you like now" she said in a low voice.

"I'm at Jahmir's crib why what's wrong?" I asked her and she didn't say anything.

"You right around the corner imma come get you aight" she said. I nodded and she hung up. I quickly put my shoes on waiting for her.

"Where you bought to go? I thought we was gon watch a movie and get freaky" he said making me laugh.

"Malaysia needs me imma be back in like a hour I think. Imma text you every ten minutes and if it goes over ten minutes call me, and if I don't answer get my parents" I said going out the door because she was now here. He nodded and I went in her car.

"Sissy you aren't gonna believe what I seen. I needa hurry up so I can make sure they don't leave" she said and I just nodded. She started following a car but made sure a care or two was in front of us. I was confused but I just went with the flow hoping this little girl wouldn't get us killed.

Soon the car we were following came to a stop. Malaysia parked a mile or two away. Then Neveah stepped out the the driver's seat of the car. Why the hell this bitch parked in front of a abandoned building. She walked up to us and I could tell she had a gun in her hand. Malaysia's window were really tinted so you couldn't see in barely at all. Malaysia start getting scared so I pulled my gun out my purse getting out. Just in case Neveah tryna shoot me or sum. She's been on some weird shit lately so I don't know.

"Bro Imani why the fuck are you following me" she said looking irritated.

"Well a little birdie of mines said they seen you. They were worried so they called me. What the hell is?" I asked her pointing to the building.

"Shit you don't need to know about. You can go back home" she said and I scrunched my face up.

"So we keeping secrets now? Sense when you can't trust me?" I asked her cause this was a first for me. We would always tell each other everything. We cesties for a reason.

"Sometimes people grow apart Imani. I'm doing other shit and I don't always need to tell you how I'm moving. I don't even tell my mama how I'm moving." She said which kinda hurted my feelings.

"Wow. So this why you aint been coming to school and shit right. You doing trap right?" I asked her.

"Imani go home for real. You have your cheerleading shit stay with that" she said.

"You acting like you ain't in basketball Neveah. You can be the first woman to be in the NBA" I said.

"Imani go home before you get hurt for real. There's some shit that's bought to go down and if you or your little birdie that's Malaysia gets hurt I ain't gonna forgive myself" she said.

"So you've been ignoring me for two almost three weeks and now you technically saying what" I said.

"I'm saying I don't wanna be friends anymore. There I said it. We cousins and that's it. Ain't no more cesties nun of that. Only cousins you heard" she said. I nodded and flicked her off before getting back in the car. I told Malaysia to drive to my house. I felt like I just broke up with someone I've loved and been with for years. Well probably because I did. Shit hurts no cap.

So the iconic duo aren't cesties anymore just cousins. But excuse any mistakes I did not re read. I will be doing like five more chapters of this book because it's hard running two accounts. But there will be a time skip next chapter.
