"Why are we going over there again?" Michael groaned, his face resting his hand he drove to Rays house. I looked over at Michael, his eyes slowly closing. I yawned, my mouth stretching open as I stretched my shoulders, carefully rolling them until they lightly popped. I rested my head on the side of the car, feeling the soft vibrations of the wheels rolling over the concrete. It was a gloomy day in Austin, and not many people were out and about.

"Because he wants to make sure we are okay" I replied, "And after we talk about what happened yesterday, we can head home. Alright?"

"Yeah yeah" Michael said after half listening. I glanced at him again. He had light grey bags resting under his eyes that were stained pink from last night. I sighed, knowing tonight won't be any easier than the last. I shut my eyes, and slowly inhaled. I drifted off to sleep and began losing track of time.

It's going to be okay. It has to be okay.

"We are here sleepyhead" Michael nudged me as he unbuckled his seatbelt. I slowly opened my eyes to see rain lightly drizzle from the sky. I climbed out of the car and allowed the water to gently hit me, enjoying the small drops of cold to wake me up. Michael waited for me before we walked up to Rays door together. I gently knocked on the wooden door before looking at Michael. "It's going to be okay Gav." Michael reassured me, reaching up and gently rubbing my back. I melted under his touch, my shoulders relaxing as I slowly exhaled.

Ray opened the door. The first thing I noticed was his hair, pointing every way possible. He wore a pair of basketball shorts and a regular black shirt. His face was flushed and tears were rolling down his face. I gasped lightly and before I could say anything, he grabbed me and pulled me into a hug. I carefully wrapped my arms around him as I felt his tears soak into my shirt. I glanced over at Michael, giving him a confused look. Michael shrugged and carefully rubbed Rays back. Ray pulled away, sniffling and wiping his face.

"What's going on?" I asked after Ray gestured for us to follow him inside. Michael closed the door behind us.

"Can you guys sit down for a minute?" Rays voice was soft, as if somebody threw punches at his throat.

"Of course" I replied, taking a seat on Rays couch. Michael followed me and rested his arm on my knee. We both watched Ray sloppily pace back and fourth in front of us, breathing heavily.

"I need to tell you guys something" Ray glanced at us before shooting is head back down to the floor.

"Please" Michael reassured Ray, trying to comfort him in any so he would calm down.

"So umm a few months ago, about 9 months ago actually, me and Ryan..." Rays voice trailed off before he looked at us, "We started dating" I felt Michaels hand tighten on my leg and then quickly relaxed. I sat there in shock, learning my best friend was in a relationship with my other best friend. Ray softly breathed as he announced the news to us "Guys I'm so sorry I should have told you sooner" he started to breathe faster, not allowing enough air to enter his lungs after he spoke each word.

"Breathe" I looked at him, softly speaking. Ray nodded his head and sat down next to Michael, pushing his back up against the armrest and resting his feet against Michaels leg. I watched him close his eyes and carefully breathe. Michael reached over and carefully rubbed his back.

"Okay, not to sound like a fucking idiot, but isn't this a good thing?" Michael asked. Ray used his thumb to wipe off the rest of his tears.

"Jack found out last night"

"How?" I asked. Michael elbowed me, telling me not to push him too much.

"I was at Ryan's last night and Jack saw us" Ray nuzzled his head into his knees. Michael carefully rubbed his back, occasionally softly squeezing his shoulder to relax his muscles.

"Are you alright Ray?" We all turned to Ryan who walked out of Rays bedroom. His eyes were surrounded with crust, and he looked exhausted. He was wearing a shirt and boxers, but comfortably walked out to see us. Ray rested his head back onto his knees and Ryan made his way over to where Ray was seated on the couch. Michael moved his arm away so Ryan could carefully massage Ray's shoulders.

"I'm alright Ryan. Thanks" Ray sniffed and slowly picked his head up. Ryan nodded and picked his head up to focus on me and Michael. I looked at Ryan slowly massage Ray and couldn't help but burst out laughing.

"What are you laughing about Gavin?" Ryan sternly looked at me.

"We are all so gay" I chuckled.

"Shut the fuck up" Michael punched my side. I yelped and fell onto his lap. Ray lifted his head, softly laughing.

"We really are" Ryan cracked up, relaxing after seeing a smile on Ray's face. The air in the room loosened and I kicked my feet up onto the dark coffee table.

"So, what should we do?" I asked, me head now only Michaels lap and my feet kicked over the other armrest. I stared at the ceiling, trying to plan out the next couple of days.

"Well," Ryan started, "I don't think Geoff can actually fire us, but definitely don't want him to hate us every time we are in the office" Ray nodded, his body softly tensing up.

"We should quit" Michael looked.

"Thats ridiculous," Ryan looked at Michael with a confused expression, "How would that fix anything?"

"Hear me out," Michael suddenly stood up, pushing me off of his lap and faced all of us, "We quit, and Geoff will have to get us back. Achievement Hunter is nothing without us four. We can tell him we will only come back if he accepts us. And if he doesn't, then we leave for good"

Silence.

I looked around. Ryan was looking at the top of Rays head, considering the option of leaving his amazing job. Ray looked up at Michael, a smile smeared across his face. I nodded my head, knowing we all were in agreement.

"Lets do it"
