A/N: Heyyy guys, sorry for the late chapter. But here it is. Its quite short but you'll live. So yahhhhhhhh. Keinah is on the side/top so yay. There will be a few more characters coming out soon so yayyyy.
Maya comes towards to comfort me, engulfing us in a hug. I squished my face farther into her shoulder, muffling my sobs. She whispers a few, "its okays" and "you're fine". She pats my back, trying to calm down my cries. A few people start to look at us, I mean it wasn't normal for someone to cry on their first day of highschool or something?
"Riley, you have to stay in his house for a week. How are you going to survive?" Maya says.
It was more of whisper as she was that close to my ear.
I give a small shrug, "I'll ignore him, probably go to your house?"
All she did was give a small nod, as we release from our holds. She wipes the tears off my face with her thumbs as I sniff.
"Now, what do you say, lets have a 'Maylie' day?" She says.
'Maylie' was our ship name. We came up with it because we were too lazy to actually say both our names. It started during 7th grade and its still going on. We've been to more than 100 'Maylie' days. Which is quite a lot, well to me.
"Okay, that sounds great." I say, giving me a small smile.
As we walk towards her car, we see Keinah with her boyfriend Zach. Zach was pinning her to the car, her hands above her head.
"Woahhhh, hey guys! That's u-uhm my car. Uhm yeah." Maya interrupted, stuttering.
Her face turns red in embarrassment. She -wait no- We just caught Keinah and Zach about to.
Kiss.
She wasn't exactly into those things. As they got off her car, Keinah had already buried her face into Zach's chest.
"Okay, bye guys!" Zach says, laughing.
We just give him a nod and head to Maya's house.
