*George is talking with the engineers about the last settings, when a pain in his wrist appears*

*Maybe I put too much pressure on it during the time in the car, he thinks*

Engineer: Okay, you've got fifteen minutes left. You can get your gear from upstairs and get the focus

*He walks upstairs to his room and gets his stuff*

*Then he keeps standing still. Just looking at his suits hanging on the clothing rack*

*He notices this wrist pain isn't normal. It's something else*

George whispers: It's Y/n...

Nicholas: Are you ready to catch them George?

George: Uhm, yeah. I'm ready, I guess

Nicholas: That's not the enthusiastic George I know. What's going on?

George: I don't know, it's just....

*George sits down on his chair, looking at his wrist*

George: This pain from the soulmate is some weird stuff, isn't it?

Nicholas: I have no idea. I haven't met mine yet, so I can't help you with that

Nicholas: Wait, what?

Nicholas: You have met your soulmate? When? Who is it?

George: I would love to tell you the details, but I promised her to keep it quiet for the upcoming time. We just have to figure out a lot

Nicholas: Ah I see. It's okay mate. Is she a lovely girl?

George smiles: Really lovely

Nicholas: Then let's hop in the car to show her how amazing you are

*George and Nicholas go downstairs, wish each other good luck and split up in the garage. Both on their way to their own team*

*When George is standing in front of his car, he feels his heart beating painfully. Flashbacks of certain memories are going through his mind*

*He takes a deep breath. There we go again...*

Aleix: It's okay George, you can do it

*George turns around, so he has a view on the pit lane*

George: It's so fucked up. Every time I look at that car, I just keep thinking about it

George: How I'm still able to do what I love, while she... And that because of me...

Aleix: I was not your fault George. It will become easier when time passes

George: That's what you keep telling me, but it doesn't become any easier. It stays painful, every time I have to get in that fucking car

Aleix: I know, but you have to keep trying. Switch the button again, put the helmet on and try to score some points for the team. Do it for the team

*George nods*

*He puts his helmet on and climbs into the car*

*When he grabs his steer, he feels his wrist hurting again.

*I'll talk to you after this Y/n, I will, he thinks. I just hope you are okay*
