Aaliyah2 weeks later....
Today was finally the day I could go check out some houses that I've been had my eyes on.
Alexus, Kennedy and my mom were tagging along today for support. Alexus and my mom road together and Kenn caught a ride with me.
We pulled up to the first home on my list. The real estate agent my mom and dad recommended sat outside in his car. He was going to show us around the properties he could get his hands on that I asked for.
We all got out and met up at the front of the lawn.
The real estate agent looked really young and I thought he didn't look like a real estate agent. He had a lot of tattoos, too many for my liking. I couldn't lie he was breathtaking as hell though.Of course Kennedy was already in my ear about him. "Bitch look at all them tattoos, I wonder if he got some more up under that tight ass shirt." We both laughed at her ignorance.
This why I love Kenn she can bring the best out of any situation. That's the type of people that you keep around in the long run. She never gave me a bad vibe and we've always been inseparable every since we met freshmen year in college.
I elbowed Kennedy in her side. "You play entirely too much! That shirt is tight as fuck though." I whispered back to her.
My mother was the first to greet him since her and my dad knew his parents. I never seen or heard of him before. My dad claims that they knew their parents for years and that they are good friends.
"Lance it's so nice to see you again! I seen your mom at church and I had to get you in contact with my daughter. She's looking for her first home purchase." My mom hugged Lance who looked behind her at all of us.
Lance greeted everybody and then came up to me and extended his hand to shake.
"Hi, I'm Lance Greene and I'll be your real estate agent this afternoon. What are you particularly looking for when purchasing a home?" We shook hands for a brief second. His grey eyes was filled with confidence and you can tell he was all about his business.
"Nice to finally meet you Mr.Greene. I'm Aaliyah Ross, my mom and dad said good things about you. I'm currently looking for a two to three bedroom home, preferably a two car garage but it's not a big deal. Two bathrooms are a must, I would love something modern and very bright."
"Nice to meet you too Aaliyah, you can call me Lance by the way. I have a few beautiful homes that I would love to show you today. Should we begin the tour?" He asked signaling for me to walk up to the front door.
