Chapter 22

It was 10:07 the next morning. I still have a little less than nine hours, no rush. I throw my hair up into a messy bun and slip on my bunny slippers-don't judge and head downstairs for some breakfast.

I'm way too lazy to actually cook so cereal it is. I reach for the top shelf of the pantry grabbing onto the unknown box when I hear, "G'morning!" I screamed throwing the box behind me. I turn around, "Jay?! What are you doing here?" ''I got bored so I came here.''

I glance at the clock on the oven. "It's 10:13, what time did you get up?"

"9:53"

"You're so specific"

"You know it"

"Okay well then make yourself at home" I motion toward the living room. "I already have" she says flopping onto the couch. I smile and shake my head, "I'm going to Dunkin Donuts, wanna come?"

She groans in response. "Okay but when I come back you're not getting my donut" I test grabbing the keys. "Okay okay I'm coming!"

We arrive at Dunkin Donuts and order taking a seat in a booth. "So are you excited about your date with Hemmings?" Jay starts."Yes!! I'm really nervous though" I frown. "Hun it's okay don't-". My phone cut her off.

It was Harry.

"I'm sorry I gotta take this"
She smiles telling me it's no problem.

"Hello?"

"Bish you think it's okay to move to a different country but then decide to not to call your best friend?"

"Harry I am so sorry! A lot has happened and GUESS WHAT I HAVE A DATE"

"OMG GURL WITH WHO"

"I'll have to send you a picture but his name is Luke. Oh and everything over here was going just fine but someone decided to show up."

"Who? Who showed up? Don't tell me it's Niall"

I didn't respond and the line was quiet.

"Are you serious?! He's there?"

"Yup I'm serious"
I watch the cars pass by the road waiting for him to say something.

"Well you know who else is there?"
He questioned.

"Who?"

"Turn around"

I turn around and drop my phone. "HARRY!"
"JULIA"
I run to him and give him the biggest hug. "I can't believe you're here"
"I can't believe I'm here either"
After what felt like hours we let go. "Nice pajamas" he smirked. I just roll my eyes and playfully punch his shoulder.

"C'mon my friend has been waiting for me for a while now" I say guiding him to the booth.

But I realize Jay has moved to a much bigger one with more people. She calls me over.

"I found company" she beams.

There in the very large, round booth was Michael, Calum, Luke, Ashton, Jay, Niall, Louis, Liam, and Zayn.

I looked over to Harry and he looked pretty surprised too. Jay scooted over to make room for us. "Luke, Calum, Ashton, Michael, Jay, meet Harry. Harry meet Luke, Calum, Ashton, Michael, and Jay. He's my best friend"

They all sent him welcoming smiles. I noticed Niall sink in his seat at the mention of 'best friend'.

"So you're the Luke Julia has told me about. And you guys have a date tonight?"
