Yujin ended up getting dragged out of the hospital with Minju holding onto her hand, the other holding onto a small plastic bag that had medicine in it.
She looked at the older girl who wasn't really talking and let out a small sigh as they walk their way back, thinking she's probably mentally beating herself up for doing this to her.
They entered the dorm with Yujin holding onto the doorframe while taking off her shoes but Minju bent down and took them off for her instead.
The younger girl just watched Minju put back her shoes. She took her hand again and gently dragged her upstairs towards their room.
The moment they entered the door, Yujin pressed her lips together and stopped walking, yanking Minju towards her before engulfing her in a hug.
She felt how the older girl got slightly startled before gradually leaning in towards her.
"It's okay." she softly spoke and caressed the back of Minju's head, starting to feel her subtle trembles and the grip on the sides of her shirt slowly tightening.
Soon, she felt something warm soaking through her shirt, right at her left shoulder, followed by silent sniffles.
Yujin gently lifted her up and sat down on the bed with Minju still hugging her, taking the plastic bag, placing it at the side.
Minju's breath hitched, tightening her grip on the girl's back, softly apologising for doing that to her. "Shh...you're okay...you're okay..." The younger girl whispered into her ear and embraced her tightly, gently stroking the back of her head.
When Minju's cries softened, she leaned back to see Yujin smiling at her after whatever she did, making her regret hurting her.
"Why are you crying?" the younger wiped off Minju's tears as the girl frowned slightly.
"Why are you s-still smiling?" She retorted, looking into Yujin's eyes.
Yujin tucked the older girl's hair behind her ear and looked at her adoringly. "Because I told you I'll never stop smiling when I'm with you," she spoke gently and cupped Minju's face but the girl took her hand off and held onto them instead.
"Do you want me to get rid of her?" Yujin flinched back a little and tilted her head. "What?"
"I'll not be friends with her anymore if it's going to continue hurting you." she seriously spoke as Yujin chuckled at her thinking.
Minju furrowed her brows in confusion. "I'm being serious here, why are you laughing?"
"Because you're funny." that earned her a smack to her shoulder. "Yah Ahn Yujin. You told me you were in pain ever since she came back. There's nothing funny about that." Minju frowned while Yujin took in a deep breath with hands landing on her waist.
"That's true," she spoke and looked at Minju, raising both her eyebrows. "But you can't just break off relationships because of me." the older girl softened her expression and sniffed.
"Well, I am still...mad at you for doing that, but it's not your fault."
Minju frowned. "What do you mean it's not my fault?" she asked while Yujin let out a small breath and sat comfortably.
"Whatever it was, I can't do anything about it since it already happened. Even if that happened...you're still here, aren't you? You told me before to not worry about anything else and focus on you now." Yujin brushed Minju's hair away from her face and carefully wiped off the remaining tears under her eyes.
"You only do stuff when you're drunk. It's a mistake as you said. I'll not overthink it because I know I still have you." she let out a small sigh through her nose and smiled sweetly.
