Chapter 12- Sapphic Lovers In Need of Help

Three weeks have passed since Qrow and Bellae had their fun together, thankfully her period has arrived just on time. She wasn't worried about it of course, Xodiacians anatomy is quite different from humans, to get one pregnant is for them to be on their heat. Which Bellae wasn't on, as that was last month. With that said and done, Bellae was in mild pain as she sat in the front desk awaiting customers, she took some of her own herbal remedies as medication to help ease her cramps.

Drowsiness nearly took over her as Bellae carried along in her day. Until suddenly she jerked up when the bell to her door rang, alerting her that someone was entering. "Hiya, welcome to Evergreen's Forest, how can I help you?" Bellae said with a smile.

"Hello, I'm Saphron Cotta-Arc, and this is my wife Terra Cotta-Arc. We're here, because um, we've heard through kingdoms that you have a specific flower to give same sex couples to concieve together?" Saphorn greeted herself, holding her wife's hand.

Bellae's eyes brightened, this would now be her fourth case with same sex couples in helping them procreate. "Of course, of course. Ah, come sit with me in the greenhouse and we can discuss the details. Percival, hey, can you watch the front for me? I'll be in the greenhouse, call out if you need anything!" Getting up from her seat, she showed the way to her greenhouse for Saphron and Terra to follow.

"Yes ma'am!" Percival shouted back, he was currently doing an inventory check on how many flowers were needed by the end of the week.

Inside the greenhouse Bellae showed them to a small table with four chairs, she sat down while the couple joined her right after. "So before I show you the plant, I'd like to talk to you guys in getting to know you. Figure out who would be the 'sire' in this case." The Xodiacian spoke, taking out a clipboard of papers to write down any medical history and other important things.

"Yes. Of course." Terra said.

"So do you have any allergies or health concerns I should be worried about, such as blood clots, um, heart failure..." Bellae listed off possibilities of health risks that can involve either of the two women in pregnancy.

"Mm, no, I'm in perfect good health, my side of the family has a history of having a lot of kids with no issues." Saphron giggles.

"I am an only child but there are also no health issues involved with me either." Terra replies after her wife.

"Great, so the next question is... Who wants to be the 'sire' in this situation? If both of you are going to be, or just one. With this plant, it essentially gives you a 'stamen' while also still having your feminine parts." Bellae explains, using her magic to bring in the specific herb to show how it looks.

The herb looked like the common lily flower, however instead of showing off four thin stamens, there is one enlarged size. Girth wise is an inch or two, length wise would be about four inches. The petals were a ray of beautiful dark shades of colors, from indigo to mint green. There were different ones in each pot, all had different variations in colors.

"O-oh, this is how...um. The plant looks." Terra looked embarrassed. She's never seen a plant that looked so phallic.

Bellae chuckled, this isn't the first time someone has commented with how the herb looked, of course it's odd but she's seen plants from Vale that look similar, although they're in library books, and no one really has an interest in researching plants. Saphron snapped from her thoughts and realised that Bellae had asked them a question. "About the question you asked, ah, I--we were thinking that I will be the one to carry our first child." She said, looking at her wife Terra for confirmation.
