Prequel; A Xodiacian in Remnant (RWBY Qrow Branwen x OC Bellae Evergreen)

Chapter 1- Entering a New World

The room was quiet, only sounds of footsteps shuffling and clothes being packed out in a magic bag could be heard in the room. A young Xodiacian by the name of Bellae Evergreen had made the biggest mistake of her life, horrible actions were said and done, and she needed to flee, fast. Bellae had been sent to her room, locked within a few months for a bloodied fight she started with a family member.Bellae sniffled, disappointed how things turned out, it wasn't her fault. Surely it wasn't, right? Oh the optimistic mindset she had.

Bellae stood by her bed, head hung low as she packed her things, figuring out a way to break free and escape from her room. If she doesn't try to leave now, madness will overtake her, and that is something she refuses to let happen. Panic had struck deep within Bellae, she was going to be punished with something she knew could cost her a great deal. Now suffering the consequences of her horrible actions, she is forced to wither away being held in her room for a millennia.

Bellae didn't want that to happen, so fleeing her homeworld was the only option left, a place she's only known and lived for about twenty-three years. Successfully unlocking her door with a make-shift lock picker, Bellae got up while simultaneously stretching her body to relieve her aching unused muscles. 'Now I just have to keep quiet and go past the guards with ease....' She told herself, biting her lip with a look of determination.

Her footsteps felt ironically heavy as she rushed downstairs for one of the main portals, inside them was surrounded by multiple portals alike in different areas. Each had their own names from what planets they were called, Bellae wasn't reading any of the signs correctly and at this point was haphazardly looking for the closest door she could find. The place was awfully quiet, her wings fluttered from anxiety coursing through her veins. Her ears flickered as she heard more doors opening. Looking up, she saw who they were.

Her parents, Aeros Evergreen, the God of Life and Death, and her mother, Chìsè Dustfall, the Goddess of Death, were walking towards her. Bellae froze and immediately raised her wings to protect herself. With the expression shared on Aeros and Chìsè's face, she let her guard down, dropping her wings down. "Father? Mother? You two aren't going to berate me for the things I've done?" Bellae grimaced, looking away from their stares, feeling uncomfortable.

"No, of course not. I understand your reasoning, but you have to also understand that there's no way -" Chìsè replied, being interrupted by Bellae her sentence was cut short.

"I don't care about that! I do not want to live my life to being a Reaper -" Bellae yelled, feeling anger rush back again from hours prior. No matter what she told her opinions on Xodiacian politics, they didn't listen.

"Chìsè, my dear, please this is not what we came here in secret for." Aeros delicately replied, their masculine voice intertwining with feminine sound creating an eerie presence. It didn't help that their height was 7'3, while Chìsè was the same height as Bellae, 4'11.

"Apologies, my love." Chìsè responded. With a sigh from her, she looked back up at her youngest daughter, a nervous expression painted on. "We came here to let you...escape. She hasn't dropped the argument and the fight earlier." Chìsè went on.

"I knew you'd be coming down here in the portal rooms to make your leave, although, I am too worried she will try and find you in these specific portals. Do you know how to create one yourself?" Aeros asked.

"I've had some practice but..." Bellae answered, she wanted to say something else until more footsteps came through the doors and onto the steps.

Two guards were running for Bellae, trying to catch her and lock her back up. Panic struck deep between Bellae's parents and herself, Chìsè tried telling them to stop, but they weren't listening to her orders, Aeros became angry, knowing who sent them here. "Guards! I have commanded you to stop!" Chìsè growled again, becoming annoyed with the two male Xodiacians ignoring them.
