Soobin's eyes seemed to glass over before slowly turning his head to look at Chaeryeong. He pulled himself out of the faze he was in by shaking his head. "Alright then, Silent Creeper move back - switch with me", Soobin said

Yuna went back up to their survaillence building and got back to the roof. She handed Soobin the supplies back and took her position in front of her computer. "Dumbass, you missed a line there - that's why you haven't been able to open the doors", Yuna told Taehyun as she pointed at his screen

Soobin had climbed back down to ground floor as he carefully crept forward, using lumps of rocks as coverage. "Distant Angel, tell the medic that he can rejoin team 1 since the doors are up", Soobin said

He then pulled out a weapon that would shoot disks for a certain distance, then once the remote is triggered - would blow up anything near it. Soobin inserted two disks and carefully aimed for the bottom of each truck. He successfully used the weapon to latch both disks onto the flip side of both trucks.

He sunk to the ground covering his upper body until his head behind the rock. He pressed the button on both triggers and a few seconds later, both trucks - along with the people on it, blew up, high into the air. Taking that advantage, Soobin held his arms over his head as he ran towards the bunker.

Lia and Yeji came into his view almost immediately. "Okay, what's her status?", Soobin asked as he reached them
"Bpm is getting slower by the minute and blood is still rushing out", Yeji replied
"Holy shit, you pulled out the knife?!", Soobin yelled
"Yeah? Isn't that what you're supposed to do?", Yeji asked - feeling lost

"No dumbass. Blood is rushing out because the knife punctured a few blood vessels. And in order to stop the bleeding from getting worse, you leave it in as a form of blockage. You know what, whatever - it's too late for that", Soobin said in a rush
Soobin lifted up Lia's top just enough to give him full access to the wound. He spread some hand sanitiser onto his hands to prevent any infections. He grabbed a small bottle filled with normal water (not mineral water), he uncapped it and rinsed the wound.

Lia almost shot up at the sudden feeling of the substance, forcing Yeji to hold her down by Lia's shoulders. Soobin then watched as the bleeding - thankfully, stopped. He carefully pushed the ends of the wound together as he banaged the wound, wrapped it around Lia's lower torso.

He then signalled to Yeji to hold Lia down from her upper torso. Soobin pushed her legs together and sat on them. He reached forward and inserted the needle of the syringe he just picked up. He pushed the anaesthetic into her body and quickly pulled out the syringe again. Lia almost didn't flinch at all because her body was basically numb from the pain.

Taehyun told the two, "Team 1 and the rest of team 2 have managed to get sight on the imprisoned members but Killer Cat is carrying the decoder so she needs to get it to them"
"The hackers are busy and we only have one sniper left. Can she help me bring Calm Lies back first then she can run back in?", Soobin asked

Taehyun confirmed with Chaeryeong since she had eyes on whatever was going on outside the compound. She nodded and Taehyun got back to the recovery team, "Go ahead"

"Oh thank god, she's back. Killer Cat - you can get back to the mission site", Taehyun told Yeji
Yeji gave Lia's shoulder a quick rub, who was already asleep and she hurried off. Yuna left her position from her computer for a bit to check on Lia.
"So how do you know this stuff?", Yuna asked
"I was taking pre-med in high school", Soobin said

Soobin stood up while looking at Lia laying down, resting peacefully. He walked back over to his sniper still set up near Chaeryeong's. Yuna also went back to monitoring the cameras for the team inside the bunker. Soobin laid down on his stomach and let out a sigh as he looked into the scope. Chaeryeong looked at him, "You can stay by her, I can handle it"

Soobin tilted his head in confirmation and Chaeryeong nodded. Soobin gave her a grateful smile and went back to Lia. He carefully lifted up the bandage just a bit to check if there was any infection. He let it rest on her abdomen again as he stared at her hand, almost internally debating with himself. He gave up and took Lia's hand in his. He stared at the moon starting to rise and the shadow cast over Lia's face.

"Alright team, you're clear to breach", Yuna said
Ryujin and Beomgyu kicked down the metal grated doors that Taehyun had just unlocked. And the two along with the rest were met with the sight of all the other 18 NCT members. Everyone dispersed and immediately started opening the doors by pushing the buttons on the locks. The buttons automatically obliged to unlock the cell doors since Yuna and Taehyun took down the security protocols.

"Guys...bad news. A whole hoard of 50 men are heading your way. I think the leader is with them too", Taehyun told the team inside

"They shouldn't be concerned with that right? It'll be all the NCT members plus all the rest of our members", Soobin said

"We're compromised, all the imprisoned NCT members were injured seriously. The other 5 have their hands full treating them. That's 5 versus 50, that's 10 per person", Yeji told the rest as she held her gun up with her back pressed against the wall

"We need all hands on deck, there hasn't be anyone on lookout outside the bunker. We can leave Calm Lies for a bit then we can come back out", Charyeong suggested

"Exactly, they're waiting for us to let down our guard so they can pounce at a hostage situation", Soobin told them

"Killer Cat, what's your call? It is your turn to be captain this mission", Yeonjun asked the girl
"Everyone on lookout except Straight Shot. That's an order", Yeji said with an authoritative manner

"No- but-", Soobin said in hesitation as everyone started gearing up
"It's.an.order", Yeji told him with a suggestive pause, through her earpiece

Soobin sighed and looked down and let the rest go. He picked up his gun and dagger in each of his hands and sat right next to Lia, in a protective stance.

"Guys! Stunning Light, Distant Angel and both the hackers are down. All of us need to join together to take down the last two. The leader and his most trusted bodyguard. Problem is I have no idea where they are, they were in the middle of the battle then now they're hiding out somewhere", Yeji announced to the members that are still standing

"Maybe Straight Shot can see something from the outside", Beomgyu suggested
"Oh god, oh god, oh god", Yeji started hyperventilating

"Shit. Straight Shot, come in", Huening Kai spoke into his earpiece
Ryujin tried as well, "Straight Shot, respond"

Suddenly the sound of a static from a loudspeaker pierced everyone ears. A male voice, altered to sound deeper reached everyone's hearing radius, "We have the two that were on the roof. You either give us 1 billion as ransom or we kill the two. Also, we're locking you in"

As he finished, the bigger doors that lead to the other doors slammed shut. "Dammit, let us out!", Huening Kai yelled as he jangled the doors
